*Friday Night

"Hey" Adym says hugging me as I walk into the door.

"Hey, how's the hangover?" I ask laughing.

"Great, thanks" he said sarcastically.

I walk into our bedroom turning on the tv. I changed into the my pjs and sat on my bed on my phone.

"How was work?" Adym says walking into the bedroom.

"You know, the same" I say with my eyes glued to my phone screen.

"Talking about work, how do you feel about being the intern again?" I ask finally putting my phone down directing all my attention to him.

"I mean, I don't really know how to feel about it" he said sitting on the bed. "I want to be happy that I'm still working there, but part of me really wanted to get the payed job" he said looking deep into my eyes. "You know?" He asked directing his attention to the television screen.

"Yea" I said playing with my hands. Part of me felt bad that I didn't pick him but the other part is saying that I made the right choice.

"Goodnight" he said kissing me on my cheek.

"Goodnight" I said turning off the tv.

*Time lapse

*Bang *Bang

My body shook when I heard something bang on the door. I turned over to see if it woke Adym, nope he was in a deep sleep. I looked at the clock it read 3:43.

*Bang *Bang

"Uggghhh" I said getting out of bed.

"Open the door!" "Pleeaassee hurry!"

That's sounded like Bianca. No, there's no way it could be her. When I open the door Bianca wraps her arms around me.

"Omg, thank God you opened the door". It sounded like she had been crying.

"I basically had to, you were banging on my door at 4 in the morning" I said standing there confused.

She finally stopped hugging me and looked me in my eyes. She looked a mess, her mascara was running, she had bruises all over her face and her eyes puffy from crying. I sat her down on the couch and asked her if she wanted any tea.

"Thanks" she said putting the tea to her lips.

"No problem, can you tell me what happened to you?" I asked sitting down next to her.

"You remember Tony?" She said staring into my eyes.

"Yea, the guy you bought with you when you visited me." I said trying to remember what he looked like.

"Well..." she said looking into her tea.

I sat there curious for what she was about to tell me.

"I told him that I got fired from the hair salon and he got mad." She said holding back the tears.

I sat there thinking about what she was trying to tell me. Then it popped in my head.

"Did he hit you?" I asked wanting for her eye contact.

"Yea, but he didn't mean to, he was just mad" she said looking at me.

I felt my body getting warm. Even though I didn't really like Bianca, I was getting angry because no man should be able to hit a women and get away with it.

"Please don't be mad at him, he didn't mean it" she said grabbing my leg.

I got up from the couch pacing, trying to calm myself down.
