Your p.o.v. 

Nanami and I got dressed for our second day of school. My first day of school EVER didn't seem to go that well. I've never been to school, Mikage or my Mother would teach me all I need to know. Nanami tapped her foot into her shoe.

"See you later!" With our lunches in our bags we started to head out the door.

"Nanami you are forgetting some things." I heard Tomoe say from behind us. He held up the cat hood with a seasonal flower on it. Nanami smiled nervously, Tomoe began to lecture her again about how she had to wear the hood. I was already outside holding a bunny, waiting for Nanami. I saw Nanami pick up her bag and walk out the door while Tomoe was speaking. I chuckled and we were on our way.

While we were walking Nanami put her hand up to her forehead.

"Whew! It feels so good not to be wearing that annoying hood!" Nanami exclaimed. I nodded and we heard running footsteps from behind us.

"Miss Momozono! Morning!" One of the girls yelled. We turned around to see three girls from our class running towards us. Nanami smiled brightly.

"Morning!" Nanami yelled back. The girls stopped in front of us.

"Hey, hey, is Tomoe coming again today?" One of the girls asked. I glanced nervously and saw the smile on her face fade away.

"If he comes, we want you to introduce us!" The girls swooned. Nanami had a sad smile on her face. She was about to speak but I interrupted her.

"Tomoe is not coming today. Even if he did come Nanami would still not introduce him to bratty girls like you." As I said that the three snarled at me and glared.

"Whatever, see you in class." They said in unison and turned around. They were walking the wrong way but I didn't care. I handed Nanami the bunny I was holding to make her feel better. Suddenly a red car pulled up to us making the three girl stop in their tracks. Kurama stepped out of the car.

"No hood today, Nanami? Get in, I'll give you a ride." I growled I knew what he was up too since he could see her land god mark. A bunch of fangirls crowded around us and started squealing and taking pictures of Kurama. Nanami turned around so she wouldn't have to face him.

"No thanks." She said politely declining his offer. But that didn't stop him.

"Why not? Are you being shy? Or are you intimidated by my popularity?" I growled and stomped up to him and grabbed his shirt collar.

"She said she doesn't want a ride. So stop harassing her, you pervert." I let go of his collar and his fangirls started yelling things at me. I put my arm around Nanami protectively and showed my god marks to him by glaring at him. I think since I'm the flora and fauna god I have two marks which are in my eyes ,and I know I can make them appear and disappear. He looked at me surprised and eventually smirked. We walked around his car and continued to walk to school.

Tomoe p.o.v.

"All she had to do is wear the hood as she was told to. Now the tengu knows she and (Y/N) are gods. So, now I have to watch over them all day." I sighed. Kotetsu told me some of the dinner preparations he thought the girls might like. I thought about my life now compared to my life before Mikage. I shook the thought out of my head and focused more on (Y/N). It's like I can't get her out of my head. She's all I ever think about no matter what I do. I was never like this when I was Mikage's familier, so what is this feeling? Eventually I dozed off.
