the pair found a crumpled up piece of paper on the floor of the locker room after everybody had left practice that night. curiously, yamaguchi picked up the paper, uncrumpled it and started to read it out loud.
"'yamaguchi, give me the remote! i want to watch jurrasic world!" tsukishima screamed at yamaguchi, about to attack him.'
"hey, that is kind of accurate. you do love jurrasic world," yamaguchi chuckled.
"shut up, yamaguchi, and just continue the story," tsukishima pouted.
"ok fine."
"'no! i want to watch k-on! i'm not caught up with it yet!" yamaguchi screamed back, intent on winning the war over the remote.'
"what?!" yamaguchi exclaimed. "this is some bullshit. k-on is my favorite show, i would've already been caught up with it.
'tsukishima lunged at yamaguchi and pinned him down on the sofa, about to grab the remote from yamaguchi when he noticed the way the brunette boy was looking at him.
"ts-tsukki..." yamaguchi trailed off as tsukishima pecked him on the lips. both moved their heads away a moment later, embarrassed.'
"what the fuck," tsukishima deadpanned. "i- i know we're dating and all but i'm not that bold..." he trailed off.
"aw, cute, tsukki's blushing," yamaguchi noted.
"shut up, yamaguchi."
"sorry, tsukki."
"'here," tsukishima muttered, "why don't we watch a show we both like and cuddle."
the two ended up watching your lie in april, cuddling and crying their eyes out together.'
"you're right, this is bullshit. why would anybody cry over some stupid anime?" tsukishima asked.
"oh my god, tsukki, you obviously don't know the power of your lie in april," yamaguchi gasped. "we have to watch it together!"
"ugh, whatever. i wonder who wrote this fanfic or whatever anyways. who even ships us?" tsukishima wondered.
---
hinata gasped as he realized that he had left his fanfiction in the locker room.
