(This happens the day after the last chapter)
"Hey Aphmau?" I ask before she goes off to class. She stops and turns, her pony tail swaying softly.
"Yeah?" She responds, shifting her books from one hand to the other.
"I'll see you at lunch. And... Would you like to go to the park after school?" I asked. I noticed a wave of panic come over her face.
"Um... S-Sure. Why not." She smiles nervously and waves. She skips off to class. I wonder what that was about...
~Magical Time Skip~ (I know i do a lot of time skipping in this book. But do you want to hear about classes? No.)
I sat at the swings in the park waiting for Aphmau to show up. I still wonder why she seemed so nervous to go to the park. Maybe she thought i was asking her on a date? Oh my Irene what if she thinks this is a date?! Or what if she wanted to make sure it WASNT a date but she didnt know how to ask? Then again, she seemed more scared then nervous. Maybe shes not that comfortable around me yet. But shes fine whenever we meet in the morning...? Maybe she just has strict parents...
"Hey Garroth!" I turn around and see Aphmau coming up behind me, as cheery as ever. Maybe i just imagined it this morning.
"Hey Aphmau! Were you able to get that pizza stain off of your skirt?" I ask. So heres the story. My friend Travis was attempting to flirt with more girls, when he tripped and his pizza fell on Aphmau. Travis started apologizing and Aphmau was just laughing saying that it was fine. The bright side of this is that now Aphmau and Travis are KINDA friends because they were talking during lunch.
"Nooooo I didnt even try. I didnt go in my house because i didnt want to... Wake up my dad." She said hesitantly. I nodded.
"Say...... This morning you seemed... Scared when i asked you to come here with me. Can i ask why?" I asked as she took a seat in the swing next to me.
"You see, my dad isnt the... Nicest person. He yells at me 24/7 and he technically doesnt know im here with you. And i know im going to be punished when i get back home..." Aphmau said nervously.
"My dads kind of like that too..." I say.
Yet another thing we understand about each other....
Im back! Yay! Im recharged and ready to get back into writing! I really needed the brake because i have been writing books before this one and my others with almost no stops. LETS. DO. THIS!
Whos happy im back though?
