    Next morning i woke up at 9:45 sore as ever. I slowly got out of bed going into the bathroom. I groaned climbing into the bathtub.
"You straight baby?" Devin said getting in the shower.
"Im sore an my stomach hurts." I mumbled. He laughed as i rolled my eyes.
"Oh yeah Melody an King has an appointment today also." I said holding my stomach.
"What time?" He yelled from the shower.
"At 2 Mel has to get her cast off today." I said pouring bath wash into the tub. After i finished doing my hygiene I walked out the bathroom and slid on some sweatpants and a blue and white striped half shirt. Me: Hey Sarah, i called to tell you ill be over before 2 to pick up the kids for their appointment

Once Devin got dress i grabbed my throwover Black Mk purse.

Once i got up I slowly walked into our bathroom an did my hygiene.
"You straight?" Keith asked looking at me. I nodded my head then ran over to the toilet. Keith gave me a towel as I continued to puke.
Devin pov.
Once we got to the nanny house Kira was sleep. I smacked my lips then got out the car. Once i walked on the porch she opened the door. I grabbed King as she walked with me to the car. I strapped King down then hopped in the car while she strapped Mel & Miyah down. After i pulled off i looked at the time an it was 1:30.
"Daddy can we get McDonald's." Miyah said as i noticed Kira look at me. I pulled over to McDonald's.
"Gimme a small frappé." Kira said grabbing a blanket out of Mel bag.
"Go ahead." The lady at the window said.
"Lemme have 1 small frappé, a number 6, and a chicken nugget happy meal for a girl." I said before pulling off. "12.56 What drink would you like for the happy meal?" the girl at the window said looking at me.
"Hi-C." I said then gave her 15 before pulling off. Once i got to the next window i gave Kira her frappe then Gave Miyah her stuff an sat my food down.
"Oh my fuckinn god." Kira groaned turning her back towards me. I grabbed her hand an kissed it. I hated to see Kira like this but when her monthly came on it felt like it stayed on for months. Once I pulled up to the doctors office i looked at Kira as she got herself together. I wiped her tears away an rubbed her back. She took one of my fries before sitting her frappe down an getting out the car. I grabbed Mel as she grabbed King.
"Mommy i see you phone." Miyah said grabbing my hand. "No Miyah." I said as we walked in the doctors office and she started to make a scene. "Devin just give her the phone." Kira said shaking her head.
"No go sit down." I said as she ran to the play room. "Appointment 2:00 for Melody an King." Kira said giving me King.
"Yes Yes ." The woman said nodding her head. After 4 mins they called us to the back. We went into a room an sat down.
"Today we're gonna check Babygirl arm then they have to get shots an Babygirl here has to get a flu shot." The doctor said giving Miyah a lollipop.
"We're gonna start with you cutie." The doctor said picking Miyah up.
"Ima count to 3 an there's gonna be a little sting." The doctor said grabbing bandages.

"See all done." The doctor said as i put Miyah on the floor. I grabbed King as she started to do the same for him. His loud scream filled the room as i gave him back to Kira. "Alright Babygirl wanna do exray first or shot." The doctor said looking at me then Kira.
"Exray." Kira said shaking her head. I followed the doctor down to the exray room.
"Hold her here." The doctor said putting a babyseat on the bed. I sat Mel in the seat as the woman started to do the exray. After 5 mins we walked back to the room.
"Alright We're not gonna take the cast off, In about a couple more months she'll have an healthy bone if not we're gonna have to perform surgery but it should be well before then. Have a nice day." The doctor said before leaving. We walked to the window checking out.
"Next appointment next month on the 10th at 8:00 am." The woman said giving Miyah an icecream coupon. We walked out the doctors office. Kira gave me King then got into the car. Afterwards i hopped in the car.
"Daddy we go get icecream?" Miyah said giving me Kira phone. Kira gave me the coupon then grabbed her phone turning her back towards me.

"Who was that?" Devin said as we pulled up to the house. "your mom she'll be over later." I said grabbing my frappe an getting out the car.
