2 days later
Once i rolled over. I saw Devin gone, Maybe Devin was trying to change, he stayed by my side and stayed everynight with me. I thought to myself. I shrugged as my nurses came in an gave me an menu.
"Circle what you want for breakfast an lunch an Ill be right back." My nurse said leaving. As i was looking thru the menu Devin walked in.
"Hey." He said sitting in the chair beside my bed.
"Hey." I said avoiding looking at him. The nurse came back in with Melody and King, i gave her the menu an she left back out. I got out of bed, dragging the cords along with me.
"You need help" Devin asked playing with Melody.
"No." I said closing the bathroom door.
Devin pov.
As Kira went in the bathroom i noticed she was still a little pissed off. Mama walked in.
"Were miyah?" I asked looking up at her.
"With your brother i need to talk to you & Kira." She said grabbing King and sitting on Kira bed. Kira came out the bathroom.
"Oh hey ma." She said climbing back in bed.
"Hey Baby i came to talk to yall too." She said giving Kira king as i started to feed Melody.
"Uhm ohkay." Kira said looking at her.
"Yall two need to work some out an get it together quick, yall got these babies now so all that fighting and shit yall do yall need to cut it real quick. They will take these babies away from yall if they feel like its unsafe for them to be with yall". She said looking at the both of us.
"We already talk about it." I said burping Mel.
"Yeah i feel like we just rushed into being adults to fast & we decided to just be there for each other at least for Miyah and the twins." Kira said putting King to sleep.
"Good Idea, Devin you owe Kira an huge apology for what you did an also apologize to Nicki and you are to help her with them twins at her house until she's able to go out and do it on her own even when she's able you still will be there for them twins you're not finna do her like you did Amayah an Kira you should also forgive her you dont have to still be friends with her at least forgive her never hold grudges against anyone." Mama said grabbing King and laying him in his crib.
"Why i gotta apologize to Nicki, i aint do nun to her?" I said looking at moma.
"Dont ask me why, apologize an you are going to." She said looking at me.
"I respect that an again Kira im sorry for Denying Mel and King an For putting my hands on you putting you thru stress an for sleeping with nicki." I said rocking Miyah to sleep.
"I accept your apology but that doesnt change anything." She said smiling.
"Mhkay now im finna go to work, i work over here on the other side so you need some just text me." Mama said before leaving.
"When you going home?" I said looking at her. She shrugged as Nicki walked in. Nicki sat on Kira bed and looked at her. Kira looked at me then back at Nicki.
"How are you?" Nicki asked looking at her.
"Im Fine what about you?" Kira said shrugging.
"Good sooo hows the twins." She asked as the nurse brought her breakfast in.
"Great." Kira said looking at her then back at the tv. I gave one of the nurses Melody and watched as they took her out.
"Can i talk to you for a few mins." She asked looking at me.
"Talk" i said shrugging.
"In private." She whispered looking at kira then back at me.
"Kira im finna go to Markell them room ill be back you want me to scoot King closer to you?" I asked kissing her forehead.
"Mhmm" she said nodding her head. I pushed the crib closer to her then started to walk out. Me and Nicki walked out as Nicki started to tear up.
"Look im feeling just the bad about what happen myself, I lost my Bestfriennd cuz of you." She said looking at me. "Cuz of me." I laughed
"look Nicki im sorry for what happen, that was just a onenight stand we was both upset and there it went Shawdee i aint make you come in my room and do allat. I wasnt even feeling you The sex wasnt allat. You got good head an Yeah i played a part but you would've came out more innocent by stopping me, thats your fault i cant make Kira talk to you thats on yall. "I feel you i feel you what was allat screaming in hallway?" He asked getting up and Grabbing his baby giving her to Zoe.
"Nicki she came to kira room talm bout she wanna talk so hey i talked to her and told her we aint a relationship that was just a onenight stand she got good head yeah but my bad she fell inlove but Ima start being there for Kira more like i shouldve been at first and i guess she didnt think i was gone say that an she got mad." I said shrugging.
"Bro you had a point though you got twins by this girl you put this girl thru hell and she still stuck by your side so why leave her for the hoe of the night."He said shaking his head.
"True then she tried it with that she pregnant shit. Im like bitch you been pregnant Everysince she found out Kira was pregnant first you said it wasnt keith then you said it wasnt now its mines, come on with the fuck shit." I said laughing.
"I heard that too Aye she might be fr now. Just make her get that test i bet its yours or keith." He said laughing.
"It aint mines i wrapped my shit up on ma." I said shaking my head.
"Yall niggas crazy" Markell said laughing.
"Well imma hit you back later bruh lemme get back to this girl." I said getting up.
"Tell Kira i said Hey." Zoe said smiling.
"Gotcha." I said leaving. I walked down to Kira room, as i walked I saw Brittney, Miyah, Dea, and Keith. I grabbed Brittney baby then sat ona bed beside Kira.
"Soo guess who gets to go home today." Kira nurse said walking in. Kira smiled as the other nurses rolled King an Mel in.
"You can go home but make sure you be really careful with Babygirl arm cuz its still a little fragile next month on the 12 you can take her to her doctor and maybe it'll be better by then." The nurse said handing me Melody.
"Alright thanks." Kira said as they unhooked all the cords an stuff.
"You got some sweat pants an a tshirt in the boy babybag" Brittney said giving Niyah to Dea then grabbing the bag. She pulled out the clothes as Kira got up. I sat Mel in the seat an put her pacifier in before she started to cry then I grabbed King and buckled him in his.
"Daddy they sleep in room with me". Miyah asked looking up at me.
"Maybe we'll see." I said as I grabbed one of the baby bags an Miyah grabbed the other. We all walked out the hospital. I unlocked the door helping Kira in the car then i put the twins in the car. I sat the bags on the floor then hopped in my car.
"Miyah seatbelt." I said turning the air on. I backed out the parking lot leaving.
"Where you needa go?" I asked not taking my eyes off the road.
"Go by rite aid." Kira said looking in the mirror messing with her eyes. Kira had naturally black eyes but never showed them without her glasses,
So Melody eyes came from me while King eyes came from her. I stopped at Rite aid then looked at her as she put her glasses on an got out the car.
"I go with mommy." Miyah said jumping out the car running behind Kira. After 5 mins they both came back out. "Why you buy her chocolate?" I asked stopping at the light.
"Shut up, she'll be alright." Kira said as Melody start to cry. Kira looked back at her then sighed.
"Nink nink put the pacifier in sissy mouth."
"K". Miyah said as i pulled up to kira house. Kira grabbed one of the babybags and her medicine.
"keep the seat in your car." Kira said giving Miyah the other babybag. i took the twins out their seat. Kira grabbed the keys out my hand an closed the door.
"Hey kira, Awweee their so pretty." One of kira neighbors said as she unlocked the door.
"Thanks." Kira said before walking in the house. She closed the door behind me locking it then we went into Miyah room. She grabbed King, laying him in the crib as Mel started to cry. Then King started to cry. Kira rubbed her head then grabbed King as we walked into her room. "Nink nink." Kira yelled taking King pants off.
"Huh." Miyah said sitting the bag on the floor beside kira. "Go in my closet an look in the big red box and get 2 diapers ohkay?" She said as miyah got up as I gave her the wipes.
"You do know how to fix a bottle right" Kira asked me. "Hell naw." I said laughing.
"Omg. Ohkay you change they diapers". Kira said getting up an going to the kitchen. I sat down and put the pacifier in Mel mouth then started to change King's diaper Kira came back in the room and sat beside me by the wall and gave me a bottle as she started to change Mel's diaper.
"You good with all this you gotta teach me cuz i barely know something about a baby To be honest kira my moma said what she said cuz she was saying How i wasnt there for miyah fr i just showed up when she had Miyah and stuck around for a few days then i was done i aint do all this when Miyah was a hand baby." I said feeding King as She fed Mel. She smiled as Mel ran out the room.
"Maybe i can teach you a few things." She said shrugging. " i thought they suppose to suck from your breasts." I said looking at her. She laughed an shook her head.
"No thats only if im breastfeeding im not breastfeeding." She said turning the tv on.
"Mommy mommy Put her in the swing." Miyah said sitting the swing in front of me. I laughed as Kira shook her head. "Maybe when she go to sleep Nink and its time for your nap." Kira said burping Mel.
"Ohkay." Miyah said walking out. After she burped Mel we switched so she could burp King. Sitting there with Kira made me realize Kira is the one i wanted to be with but i ruined that chance. After Mel fell asleep i layed her in the swing and turned it on as Kira yawned.
"Get some sleep" I said as I grabbed King. She turned over on her side facing the wall falling asleep. Once she fell alseep so did King.
Jayla pov
Once i got to Kira house me and Dee walked in an it was quiet. We peeked in Kira room and saw King laying on Devin chest as they were sleep and Kira was laying beside Devin with her arm wrapped around him, I walked in the room and took a picture of them then Melody started to cry. I picked her up as Kira woke up.
"Look what we got here." I said smiling.
"What are you talking about". Kira said getting up. We walked out the room as i closed the door behind me.
"You know what im talking about Clearly yall still got love for each other Kira." I said as Dee picked up Jordan. "Whatever he's here for Miyah and the twins." Kira said warming up a bottle amd starting to make another.
"Girl stop yall will be back together sooner, were Miyah?" I said grabbing the bottle of the microwave.
"Back there sleep. We been sleeping since we got here." Kira said yawning.
" I see Mightest well get you a nanny well you go back to bed, i came by to see were you alright ill put her in her crib before i leave." I said kissing her forehead. Kira nodded her head an walked back into the room leaving the door open. After i put Mel to sleep i Walked in Miyah room and layed her in the crib, i turned on the baby sounder so kira could hear when she cry then walked out.
"Ready?" Dee said getting up. I nodded my head. I locked the bottom lock then left.
Nicki pov.
Once i got home i saw Devin car. I automatically got mad. Because how could he sleep with me then be back with my Bestfriend and she believed every story without even listening to me. I got out the car. I grabbed my gun from under the seat then went over to her apartment I quietly walked in. Once i walked in I quietly opened her room door i walked over to her and pointed my gun at him. I teared up as i cocked my gun back. Then Devin woke up. Nicki "What the fuck?" He yelled as Kira woke up.
"Shut up!" I yelled as Kira backed into the wall.
"Reallly Nicki We suppose to be Bestfriend's and you really doing this, Whats your purpose for all this?" She said looking at me.
"Kira shut up, how you gone believe this nigga over me Kira How?! You chose him over me! So much of loyalty." I said starting to cry.
"Look who's talking about loyalty Nicki, you're my Bestfriennd but you slept with my babydaddy Nicki the nigga im inlove with I understand he played a part in it to But did i sleep with Keith? No i was there for you when nobody was I was the one that told keith to be there for that baby, i had you when nobody had you and you doing all this over a nigga." She said pointing her gun at me.
"Yall just Chilloud." Devin said standing in front of her.
"So nigga you captain save a hoe now." I said looking at him. He snatched my gun and slapped me with it as i hit the floor. Kira helped me up but I flipped us over laying on top of her she knee'd me pushing me off her.
"Crazy Bitch." She screamed before Devin picked me up an carried me out her apartment closing the door behind him. "Put me down." I screamed. He carried me into my apartment then put me down pushing me against the wall. "What the fuck wrong with you girl? I told You nicki its over. We never had or will have a relationship." He yelled at me. I cried and tried to grab him, He pushed my arms away.
"Devin im sorry." I said watching him leave closing the door behind him. I slid on the floor crying.
Devin pov
Once i got back to the apartment i looked around kira room for her. I saw King was gone. I walked to Miyah room an saw Kira sitting on Miyah bed singing to her.
"Daddy". She said pointing at me. Kira stopped singing an looked back at me.
"Go back to sleep Nink Everything's gonna be alright K." Kira said kissing Miyah forehead. Kira got up then looked at me an walked past me. I closed the door leaving it cracked then walked into Kira room.
"You straight?" I asked sitting beside her. She teared up then nodded her head. I grabbed her pulling her closer to me as she started to cry.
"Kira im sorry for all this Its gone be alright." I said rubbing her back as She shook her head.
"Now go back to sleep i got the twins". I said kissing her forehead. She climbed back into bed as i got up and walked out her room. I went into the living room an turned on the tv watching football an thats were i stayed the rest of the night.
