ZACK'S POV
Its official , I'm screwed. This is the third day since I told Sebastian that I needed a plan to ask Scarlet to be my date. Every time I plan something to perfection , I back out at the last moment. Ughhh, I'm such a coward.
I'm glad it's lunch break , the hallway was empty except for two people and me. When I got closer to the people, I can tell that one is Sebastian and the other is... Wait, that's Scarlet. What is Sebastian doing with Scarlet? I walked closer to hear what they are saying and what i heard next made me want to strangle Sebastian to death..
SCARLET'S POV
I was on my way to the cafeteria when I was stopped by Sebastian Zack's best friend ."Scarlet, Can i..um ..ask you something?" He asked nervously. "Yea sure , What is it?" I replied smiling. He glanced back then smirked and said " Would you like to be my date to Prom?". I was shocked at first but then when I recovered ,"Yea, Why not?" I said smiling ." Okay, one more thing. Can I have your number?" He said smiling. "Okay, here" we exchanged numbers then parted ways.
ZACK'S POV
After Scarlet left, I walked to Sebastian fuming with anger and punched him in the face. "Why the f*** would you do that? You knew that I wanted to ask her" I said angrily. He laughed and said " Dude, you were taking too long . Now you can get another girl and try to make Scarlet jeolous" ..Ohhhh...That's his reaosn." You are so stupid sometimes " he said patting my back.
"Dude but why punch me in the face , why not my arm. I just hope that the bruise heals before Prom" he said . "Oops sorry for that , I wasn't thinking straight" I said. "Never mind and yea before I forget , I got you her number. Your welcome" he said smugly. I chuckled and said "Now, that's better. Thanks dude" . I put my arms around his shoulder and entered the cafeteria together .
