(Awsten POV)
  today was not one of my best days, not gonna lie. I was very overwhelmed with work and had no time to spend with my baby boy, Geoff.
  he was acting out a lot, and I really didn't have time to deal with it. he was whining, complaining about almost everything, and bothering me at every chance he got. he must not care about what could come if he keeps this attitude up, I think. I shake my head and go back to my work.
  I was working on a weekend today since I had extra work from the previous week. I was so pissed that I was working on the weekend that I was on the verge of yelling at the next person that came into the room.
  which is what I did when Geoff, my little, came into my office.
  "daddy?" he asked quietly. I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and forced a smile towards him.
  "yes princess?" I gritted through my teeth.
  "I'm boreddd, can we cuddle?" he whined, as he has been for the entire day. I was so annoyed with him that I just lost it.
  "GEOFF!!! don't you see that I'm working on something! why can't you just leave me alone for once?! oh my god!" I snapped at him, jumping out of my seat. I immediately regretted what I did as soon as I saw tears in my baby's eyes.
  "oh, kitten, I..." I began to say, but he ran out of the room. I felt so bad, I didn't mean to yell at him like that!
  I went downstairs to his room to see if he was okay. obviously he wasn't. he was pretty shaken about what I just did. I'm angry at myself for doing it!
  I gingerly stepped into his room to see him crying on the floor with all his "stuffies" (stuffed animals) in his arms, bawling his eyes out.
  "h-hey princess..." I whispered. he looked up at me with sadness in his eyes.
  "what is it...?" he asked.
  "I'm sorry that I yelled at you, baby. I was just so caught up with work that I wasn't thinking. do you forgive me?" I lifted his chin up with my head and looked into his beautiful eyes.
  he nodded and smiled a bit. "now," I started, "how do you feel about watching a movie and cuddling?" his eyes lit up brighter than the sun at my idea.
  "I'll meet you in the living room in ten minutes. I'll let you pick he movie this time!" I chuckled.
  "okay daddy!!" he said excitedly. I smiled as I walked into the living room, thankful that he had forgiven me for my stupid actions.
  God I love him.
