Chapter 22: Video Shoot

Nakyiah's P.O.V

Corey and I were having a great time. My phone began to ring. Mottos by Drake ft. Lil Wayne started to play. That was my ringtone for maia. Oh...my...gosh...Becky...look at her...butt. Tuenchi! I answer it.

Me: Hello?

Maia: We're ready to go where are you?

Me: Oh I'm with Corey.

Maia: Why not Ray?

Me: Long story, I'll meet you at the entrance in 5 minutes. Okay?

Maia: Kay.

I turn to Corey.

Me: I'm sorry I have to go. I had a great time though! You took all my trouble away.

Corey: Awww man. I wish we could hang longer. Keep in touch.

Me: Sure. You can put your number in my phone.

I hand him my phone and he enters his number.

Corey: There ya go. I hope I can see you soon.

He hugs me. He smells delicious.

Me: Thank you for being there for me.

Corey: No problem.

We go our sperate ways. I hope I can see him again. He was a dream.

Ray's P.O.V

We're all waiting for Nakyiah.

Me: Can't we just leave her!

Maia: Why are you being such a jerk.

Me: Cause I can. What the fuck does it matter to you?

I'm yelling now. Everyone's looking at me. Maia looks hurt. I shouldn't of yelled. She storms away.

Prince: What was that for man?

He runs after her.

Prod: Not cool man.

They all walk to the van.

Just then Nakyiah approaches me.

We trade looks of disgust.

Nakyiah: Where's everyone else?

Me: In the van.

She walks away. Ray get a hold of yourself. You're hurting everyone around you. I walk to the van.

Prodigy's P.O.V

We"re all in the van. Nakyiah enters, she sits next to Maia. The exchange look. She whispers something in her ear and the both start giggling.

Next Ray gets in. He goes to sit in the back. Alone.

Jerry: What's wrong with y'all?

Roc: It's a long story. We'll explain it later.

We arrive to the hotel and go to our rooms. We say our goodnights and go our seperate ways.

Roc: I call dibs on the shower first!

He grabs his stuff and runs into the bathroom.

Prince: Yo Ray, what's up with you?

Ray: I don't know I'm an emotional wreck.

Me: If you need any advice just ask.

Ray: Yeah okay.

He walks to his side of the room and falls asleep.

Me: He seems depressed. We should help him, Prince.

Prince: Yeah we should. I can't stand to see him like this.

Maia's P.O.V

We walk into our room.

Me: Whooo I'm pooped! I need a shower.

Kendra: Too bad, I get it first!

She runs into the bathroom.

Me: Punk.

Alexis: Don't use all the hot water!

I look over to Nakyiah who's balled up on the sofa with ice cream. I walk over to her and sit next to her on the couch.

Me: What's up girl?

Nakyiah: It's too much to explain.

Me: Talk to me when you're ready okay?

Nakyiah: Okay.

We get our showers and get into bed. Same thing with the boys. We've got a long day ahead of us tomorrow. I need some sleep.

*Next Morning*

The alarm goes off. I look up and tunr back over. Just then someone ripped the covers off of me. The cold air hit my skin. I was only wearing a cami and shorts. Not too modest. I snap up with a death glare to see Princeton smirking back at me.

Prince: Good morning beautiful.

I notice what he's smirking at.

Me: Go somewhere perv!

I go grab a robe.

Prince: Nah I liked the view.

Me: Calm your hormones.

The rest of the girls walk into the room, followed by the boys.

Roc: I like y'all pj's. (;

Prod: Yeah it's a good view.

Alexis: Yeah, whatever leave so we can get dressed.

Prod: Okay be ready in 10 minutes.

Kendra: Only 10 minutes! Do you know how long it takes to look this good?

Roc: Just get ready.

We get ready and walk out the door.

Prince: Y'all took 20 minutes.

Ray: No sense of time.

Nakyiah: Be lucky we came out at all.

Ray: Whatever.

We walk to the van to be greeted by Keisha.

Keisha: How did y'all sleep?

Girls: Great.

Boys: Terrible.

Keisha: I hope y'all are ready to shoot a music video. Let's go.

We all hop in the van.

*15 mintues later we reach the set.*

Alexis: It's soooo pretty.

Prod: Like you? Hahahah

Alexis: It gets me every time.

Director: Hello my name is Daryel.

He shakes all of our hands.

All of us: Hello.

Daryel: The concept is you're spending Christmas with your girl obviously, each of you will have your own scene. Y'all ready.

Us: Yes!

We go get wardrobe and make-up.

Kendra: This is exciting. Not only am I in a music video but in Mindless Behavior's

Alexis: You just gotta be professional and laying back and being pretty.

We grouped up with the guys.

Daryel: Okay, ACTION!

We shoot all of our scenes.

Daryel: Okay, that's a wrap!

Boys: Yes. Fifth video done.

Keisha: Good job y'all. Thank you Daryel.

Daryel: No problem. I hope to work with you guys again. Talented young men.

Keisha: How do you guys wanna celebrate.

Ray: With sleep.

Keisha: Okay we'll celebrate tomorrow. You guys did a good job.

Girls: Thanks.

We walked to the van and off to the hotel again.
