Percy and Me (Percy x Reader)

Chapter 6

Your POV:
Leaving Percy's cabin is depressing, but losing Percy is just heart breaking. As I pack the rest of my stuff, Percy isn't in his cabin, he'd rather not see me. I open my drawer to find my Camp Half Blood T-Shirt, the one I was wearing when I kissed Percy for the first time. I start to fold it up, but I can't finish without tears running down my face. I can't do this, I love Percy, I love him too much to let him go! I'm not letting him go! I run out of the cabin and see Percy talking to Chiron.

I run faster and faster, and faster and faster, Percy spreads his arms out. I jump into his arms and he catches me, I stare into his eyes, and I don't have to say anything. I pull his face to mine and we kiss. After we kiss, we turn our faces to Chiron, who snickers. "I take it that you're back together? Is that how your relationship works?"

Percy glares at Chiron, and Chiron glares back. Percy lets me down and we walk holding hands into the cabin.

Percy's POV:
No matter what Jess does, I love her too much to leave her. As we walk to the cabin, hand in hand, she turns to me. "I have something to tell you." She says dreamily. I love the way she makes that dreamily face, the way she smiles, I love everything about her. And I have to tell her that.

"I actually have something to tell you too." I say smiling. Just before Jess can reply, a bush twitches. The bush then says "Oh no!" Jess and I turn to the bush, not knowing what to think of the talking bush. "I mean, bush noise." The bush blurts out.

"Wait. I can recognize that twitchy bitchy voice anywhere, it's a sound of complete disrespect and jealously. Come on out Annabitch- I mean Annabeth!" Jess said, pointing to Annabush like she was the host of a game show and Annabeth was a contestant. It's official, Jess has the best sense of humor.

"You caught me, pine! See Percy, I can be funny too! It's not just Messy Jessie over here." Annabeth says.

"Great. How bout you add that to your list of reasons you and Percy should be together!" Jessie said, then laughed so hard she hit the floor laughing. "After 'Percy's sea green eyes are mesmerizing, so coincidentally my new favorite color is green.'" Jess says,
strangely sounding like she's taking quotes directly from a book...
