IMPORTANT AUTHORS NOTE AT THE END.

Brittany's Pov

Replaced; to fill the role of (someone or something) with a substitute

Suddenly I wished I hadn't asked Matt that question. For an unexplained reason I felt betrayed. We walked in complete silence until we reached the hotel. I went straight up to the hotel room, taking the stairs because Matt already entered the elevator and I didn't really want to be in the presence of someone else at the moment. Halfway up to the hotel room I got a call from Nash asking if I knew how the wifi worked. I quickly explained it to him before hanging up and entering what ever floor I had reached by the stairs now. I figured I could take the elevator because Matt was more than likely done with it. I walked into the hotel room to see Cameron, Nash, and Matt playing video games on the couch. A strange feeling washed over me as I had a flashback to the old days. I came to the realization that if it weren't for my unsteady feelings and emotional outbreaks that things could've possibly never changed... I mentally slapped myself for messing up so badly numerous times. I went to bed at an unusually early time for being on vacation with the boys, we'd normally be out partying or talking with each other. But everything isn't the same anymore and I only have myself to blame. I went to bed accepting that it was all my fault.

11 am

"Britt wake up! We're going to lunch in 30 minutes!" Matt yelled. The use of my old nickname was enough to wake me out of my sleep. I slugged to the bathroom to freshen up before getting dressed. I chose a very simple outfit and headed out the door with Matt. We hailed a taxi because no ubers were available and headed for the restaurant. When we arrived I was shocked to see that we were eating at a five star restaurant and no one had told me. Everyone was seated and to my luck I was sat across from Cameron and his girlfriend. Everyone made small talk and I remained silent for the majority of the first half of lunch. "So Brittany, how's your modeling career going" Jack asked. I stood up strait in my chair and replied, "amazing, i couldn't be happier with how far I've came!" I turned towards Cameron who was strait across from me, earning daggers from his girlfriend but realizing his nervous posture and that his head was down. I continued talking more and it felt great to catch up with the bOys. I had missed them so much. I could tell Cameron was very uncomfortable and that the tension was growing higher with every word leaving my mouth. Without any explanation he got up and left with his girlfriend following him like a flea. At first I was jealous of her, but then it dawned on me...

My voice rattles him and I have the satisfactory of knowing his weakness.

A/N I'm sorry for the short chapter but life is extremely busy at the moment. Also I want you all to know that I do take time to read every single comment. I appreciate all of your feedback and ideas. I also find it hilarious because some people leave hateful comments or negative remarks and I don't think they realize I actually read their comments until I respond. Being angry does not motivate me to write and it also adds unneeded negative energy into a world where no more negativity is needed! If I do come across angry, spiteful or rude comments I won't hesitate to block these accounts from my story, and I never thought I would ever have to do that. On a lighter note, I appreciate every single one of you who interjects positivity. You truly over ride the hate.

Last thing, if any of you ever need a friend or someone to talk to, message me. I check my messages and wattpad notices every night.

With much love,

The Author. :)
