Recovering. Chapter twenty eight

Brittany's pov
I opened the door to my room and slammed it behind me. I grabbed a suitcase and started throwing things into it. After I finished packing it I threw myself onto my bed. My tears were flowing and so were my thoughts. I couldn't think strait and my mind was spinning. I thought I heard a door open but I was too busy collected in my thoughts to tell. I can only imagine how taylor felt when I denied him. All I've did since I've moved here was be a problem. I care way too much about all these boys to keep on hurting them. I grabbed my suit case and clicked the button that releases the handle. I turned to walk out when my door opened. "Brittany no " Cameron said. He ran over and engulfed me into a hug. It was a familiar feeling and I burst out crying again. "You can't leave " he began to talk. "I have to" I cried. He picked me up and placed me on his bed. Then he sat in front of me. He picked up my chin and looked straight into my eyes. "Why do you want to leave?" He asked quietly. "I can't say" "yes you can " he answered. "Cameron to tell you the truth.." I began and tears started to roll out of my eyes again. He took his thumb and wiped them away. Still looking into my eyes. "I'm still inlove with you. I still love you the same way I did a half a year ago. When I said that I loved you and always would - I meant it. I can't stand being around you and thinking about every single time we've missed out on being together and every single time we'd say I love you. It kills me to see you every day or walk by your room. It kills me to ignore you. It kills me to know that you'll never love me again. " I whispered quietly. Then cameron spoke  "I never stopped loving you. " and then his lips smashed into mine. I still felt the Sparks I did six and a half months ago. We moved in sync again and when we pulled away, he just looked into my eyes.
Matts pov
"Holy sh*t" I whispered into nashs ear. It's been 10 minutes since Brittany ran away and Taylor's still looking out into no where, kneeling and the ring is still in his hand. "It's alright bud" Nash said patting Taylor's back. Then he helped him stand up. "Are you okay?" Hayes asked "yeah f*ck it, it's more fun being single anyways" taylor laughed. I shook my head and laughed in disbelief. "That's the spirt" Carter cheered. Taylor got into his car and drove away with Sammy. "Where did our second car go?" Hayes asked "didn't you see cameron run off after Brittany? She probably drove off before he could reach her and he must've taken his car" Nash answered. "Looks like we're all squeezing into mine then. The six of us got into my car and I drove off to our house. "Why do you think Brittany shot taylor down?" Jack J asked. "I don't know" Nash answered. "Someone text cameron and ask him if Brittany's okay and if they're at the house" I ordered. "Got it" Hayes answered. "He said that they're at the house and Brittany's a crying mess. " Hayes continued. "Alright, we're going to the store. Jack & jack & hayes go find a movie and stupid board games Brittany will like, Nash and Carter are coming with me to get her fav foods. " I said pulling into the parking lot of target. "Yes sir" Hayes yelled jumping out of the car. We all laughed and split up. Going into target reminded me of the time I was with Brittany and I found out she was Brittany Cole. "Nash can you go get every flavor of Ben and Jerrys out of the freezer, while Carter and I go and get candy. " I asked. Carter and I jogged away with a shopping cart. I grabbed 5 boxes of watermelon sour patch kids, butterfingers and milky ways. I placed them in the cart as Carter got more types of candy. We met nash at the ice cream department and he dumped all of the cartons into the basket. We walked to the front of the store and I dialed hayes number. It went straight to voicemail. I sighed. Then we all heard running behind us. We turned around to see Hayes, gilinksky and Johnson running towards us. "Alright we got Mean girls, the fault in our stars and despicable me, and Jack picked out three board games. " Jack j announced. "Yeah candy land, monopoly and headbands " Jack G said. We tossed everything onto the belt and checked out. We drove home and pulled into our drive way. We walked into the living room and no one was down there. "You all set up the food and candy nicely on the coffee table and put the games and movies on the kitchen table. Be quiet and wait for me to get back down to say anything" I ran upstairs and knocked on Brittany's door. "Come in " Cameron said quietly. I walked in and Brittany was curled up into his chest. "Let's go have some fun downstairs. We have a surprise. Cam get Brittany one of your sweatshirts and then you both come down stairs." I jogged back down stairs and waited on the couch with the rest of the boys.
Cameron's pov.
I walked into my room and got Brittany one of my hoodies. I brought it back in and helped her put it on. I put my hand out for her to hold and we walked down the stairs together. "GIRLS NIGHT" Hayes yelled. I broke out laughing looking at all the ice cream, candy and movies. "Aw you guys are so so sweet!" Brittany exclaimed. "It was matts idea" Carter stated. "Aw Matt you didn't have to do this" she said. "But your our best girl friend so we felt like it " he replied. "SCREW GETTING EMOTIONAL LETS HAVE ICECREAM" Nash yelled like a little girl. We all spent the rest of the night laughing, eating candy and playing board games. Just when we finished the movie TFIOS everyone got up to throw their ice-cream containers away. Brittany and I were the only ones left in the room when hayes and Carter came back in. Brittany spoke up. "Cameron can I talk to you in the backyard?..."
