Vergil, Justice, Olivia, and Ellie all ran as fast as they could backstage. They looked at the order of performance. Toby, Grace, O2L, then them. They had a few more hours. "Oh, what a relief!" Ellie said. They all relaxed. "So, Vergil." Justice said. "We should prepare something before we just wander on stage.. Am I right?" Everyone agreed. They started brain storming. They were going to introduce themselves, do some random facts, maybe some bad jokes, and then have a quick Q&A. When the stage was finally ready, they stepped up onto it from behind some curtains. The power flickered. The lights seemed to dim. Vergil was first on the stage. He was holding both of the microphones. Justice started to walk out to the stage. The power flickered again. There was a multitude of concerned whispers and gasps. Outside of the building, they heard a huge BOOM! It was thunder. Ellie looked up panicked. Her and Olivia were standing to the side of the stage, where anyone off stage wouldn't be able to see them. "Olivia, I need you to check outside and see if anyone is out in the pavilion. If they are, get them inside!" Olivia nodded "I'm on it!" She pulled her MC sword from her back pack, and ran out of the back. Ellie pulled her phone out and checked for weather alerts. They were in for a big lightning storm. Back on stage, Vergil looked up confused. Justice had stopped half way to Vergil, because there was a buzzing zapping noise coming from the ceiling over the stage. Vergil tried to say something into a mic, since everyone was panicking. The sound system had gone dead. A crackling sound filled the room. Suddenly, the power surged, and there was a flash of light and then a CRACK on stage. Vergil screamed, and fell to the ground on his knees. He fell flat on his face. He lay there, perfectly still. He had been electrocuted. "No!" Justice yelled She ran to Vergil, and kneeled next to him. Ellie gasped. "Vergil!" she ran onto stage. The audience was screaming and running around, clearing the auditorium. "Somebody, help!" Justice yelled as loud as she could "We need a medic! Please, help!" She felt Vergil's neck. He was charred down his entire right side. "Ellie, call an ambulance!" She demanded. "Right!" Ellie pulled her phone out and started dialing. Nobody knew if Vergil would make it.. Or if he was even still alive.
