Naruto P.O.V.
I left early this morning to continue in my search for Saskue and I still haven't found a trace of him. I'm beginning to think that he enjoys it there. A few times this morning I thought about giving up but then I thought of Saskue and I just couldn't give up on him. I know he's my friend and all but he just calls me loser punches Sakura beats me up and gets away with it???!!! No way! He is definitely going to pay for that!! DARN, I did it again!!!! (Everyone says that I get to angry sometimes so I started taking anger management classes to help that) Anyway Saskue must really not want to be found because he really hid himself this time. Also it's getting really hard to keep Sakura at home otherwise I wold go even further in my quest. She must really have a crush on Saskue for her to try and follow me out of the village. If I do find Saskue I'm first going to find Sakura then I'm going to make Saskue tell me everything that happened after the battle. Saskue I swear on my life I'm going to find you.!!!
Sakura P.O.V.
Naruto said that he'd find Saskue and he did. Once. Now I'm not so sure that he will because he keeps telling me he made no progress in over a month. And yet he still keeps looking for him. Naruto said he never goes back on his word and so far he has proven that to me. It seems that he has unwavering faith that someday he'll find Saskue. I hope that day is today.
Saskue P.O.V
I left extra early to get started on my journey back to the hidden leaf village. I swear if Naruto is the one that finds me I'm going to call him something more than a loser. Anyway, I'm kind of nervous about going back and I think something bad is going to happen to me. But what danger can anyone at that puny village do? Ha, Hahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Naruto and Saskue P.O.V.
I stop in my tracks. I forget my mission. I forget everything for one moment.
Naruto P.O.V.
I can't believe my eyes. Here I was wondering if I would ever see Saskue again and here he is standing right in front of me. I blink to make sure this isn't a dream and that I'm actually seeing Saskue standing there. I laugh hysterically and he takes a step toward me.
"Well, sakura is waiting," I say.
I turn around and I hear him start to follow me.
After a while Saskue caught up to me and asked me a surprising question
"What have you been doing?"
I told him everything that went on and that he should meet the fith hokage. But I mostly told him of Sakura how she was always moping around and following me everywhere. Then I punched him in the arm. HARD. He went flying to the side smashing into trees as he went.
" What was that for "!!!! Saskue yelled
"For hurting everyone who was your friend especially Sakura" I said simply.
We went the rest of the way in silence. When we got to the hidden leaf village Sakura was standing by the gate. I told Saskue to hide behind one of the trees and wait for me. Quickly I put a smile on my face and walked out to Sakura.
Sakura P.O.V.
Naruto stepped out from behind a tree with a huge smile on his face. When he got close enough he said " close your eyes and put your hands over them when I okay remove your hands alright?" I quickly responded yes and did as told. I could hear him talking to someone loudly in some secret code. Slowly my hopes were raising. Naruto steeped behind me and guided me forward. After a minute he turned me to the side. He gave the signal and slowly I removed my hands from my eyes and opening them.
Saskue P.O.V.
She screamed. Her eyes wide with excitement and awe and many other things. I couldn't help it, I laughed, and it wasn't a small giggle or anything like that it was a full on belly laugh. Hysterical, contagious and downright amazing!! Naruto the one of the group seven who couldn't lift a muscle, reunited the team, and it felt good!! All of a sudden Kakashi steps out from behind the tree. And boy his face was priceless, I just couldn't stop laughing.
Kakashi P.O.V.
I heard a scream, sakura's scream. I ran to help out with whatever it was. When I got to the gate of the village I saw her and Naruto standing there and hysterical laughter from behind the tree. Calming instantly I walked over to the tree and what I saw nearly gave me a heart attack. Saskue was standing there almost dying with fits of hysterical laughter and shortly after we all stood there like a bunch of drunken idiots laughing until it hurt. After we all settled down Saskue told us of the adventures and training he went through with oruchimaru.
" everyone I'm going to go introduce Saskue to lady tsunade, well, be right back!" Naruto said then he walked off with Saskue close behind.
Third person view
As Naruto and Saskue walked the path to the fifth hokage's office Naruto grew more and more anxious, and they started to walk faster and faster until they were no more than a blur. Meanwhile lady tsunade was in her office doing the usual paperwork when there was a knock at the door...
