Sakura P.O.V.
I wonder if Naruto and Sasuke are alright. I mean of course they are, i didn't learn the all of that healing stuff for nothing. Still I can't help but be worried about something, with oruchimaru in the village there's always something to worry about. I wonder if the others feel the same. But on the bright side Naruto and Sasuke will defeat oruchimaru and the village will be saved. I can tell right now this is going to be a vicious battle between the shinobi and the intruders.
Shikamaru P.O.V.
This is such a drag. If Naruto and Sasuke hadn't left the village we would already be battling oruchimaru and we wouldn't have to go on this retrieval mission. Why did those two have to go yesterday, and why would oruchimaru come to the hidden leaf village?
Sasuke P.O.V.
"Hey, Naruto what was it you wanted to tell me yesterday," I said. Just because I wanted to know.
"Oh right I totally forgot about that!" He continued with" I wanted to tell you about my encounter with oruchimaru. I didn't tell you about it because I didn't want you to worry about me when he came looking for you. But that not the case cause your worrying about me right now aren't you."
How in the world did he know that?
"So here's what happened:
I used the rasangan on kabuto because oruchimaru was to chicken to fight me himself, but at the last second he strikes me in the chest with his hand. That I know for sure. He then flew backward and hit a giant rock, fell on his face but then got back up. He explained that when he hit me he severed everything around my heart including my chakra points. Everything started getting blurry and before I knew it I was in the nine tails' chamber. He was really confused because his strength was fading. But then something landed on me and his strength returned. So my what I think happened was I almost died fighting kabuto. So when oruchimaru comes looking for you, you'd better help me out." He concluded with that.
I don't even have thoughts for this story. I can already tell tsunade was the one that saved Naruto so I'll have to go see if the story is the same with her.
My thought are cut short because I hear sakura's urgent voice calling me.
"Oruchimaru is in the hidden leaf village! Lady tsunade sent for you two at once. She believes you can drive him and his followers out we really need you two to return."she said
"Sakura, you had our attention when you said that maniacs name," I said
Naruto P.O.V.
"Well are we going to save the village or stand around while oruchimaru wrecks it?" I said.
Everyone turned to look at me, they made eye contact and silently it was agreed we would return right away.
Back in the hidden leaf village things were getting bad. I could see Pervy sage and oruchimaru havin it out, everyone who wasn't in our little group was fighting and the hokages ofgice was in ruins.
"Everyone besides Sasuke go help out where it's needed Sasuke, you come with me."
Everyone looked like they wanted to complain but nodded and ran off. Sasuke and I ran over to jiraiya and asked him if he needed any help, but the minute oruchimaru saw Sasuke he imidietly turned his snakes on him. Before he could get there I charged up my rasangan and fired it right in the snakes mouth. It flew sideways and smashed what was left of one of the buildings. I knew it wouldn't be enough so I called on the nine tails power. I knew it would work because it's worked on countless others. Also because it has never failed me before. I fired both my hands up with the rasangan and converged them into one, forming the ultimate rasangan that I'm not sure even the first hokage had mastered, and fired it with all the strength I had. Then Sasuke right behind me fired up his strongest attack them the Pervy sage sommoned the chief toad and used liquid bullets.
As the fight continued on, we were gaining some kind of ground on oruchimaru but then be pulled something I thought I would never have to live through again. He had his snake grab me by the chest but instead of doing the five pronged seal he did something that lifted the seal all together. I don't know what it was called because everything hurt too much then went black.
Sasuke P.O.V.
This was getting bad. Naruto was down and jiraiya was following him. Just as oruchimaru was about to lay the killing blow garraa showed up and took the punch for him. As expected nothing gets through garraa wall of sand so he throws the sand back at him with double the force. I'm guessing oruchimaru completely forgot about Naruto because he went on fighting garraa. Using this time wisely I grabbed Naruto and fleed the hidden leaf village. Now in the forest I found a clearing big enough for about twenty people. Just as I set Naruto down something strange started happening. Red fog started seeping out from under him and then it started to swirl in all directions. Naruto then started to change form, first he turned orange, then red , then black then he started to grow. Then everything stopped and Naruto slipped silently to the floor like paper, like something was taken from him. He started to wake up after a few seconds and sat up with a weird look on his face.
He says almost in a whisper "something feels... off".
