One Last Dance

Riker's POV
I was going to the Marano's to tell Laura how I- something. I decided not to tell anyone in my family cause they were all in their rooms- well, except for mom and dad. I just snuck out. Finally, I got to the Marano's. I took a deep breath and rang the doorbell. Laura answered it. "Riker! Are you here to see Vanessa?" She said. "Uh- no. Actually I'm here to see you. I- uh- wanted to tell you something." I said, "I-I like you. Like in a more than a friend way."
Laura's POV
Oh no. I'm dating Ross now and now his brother likes me. What am I supposed to do? "Riker, I'm dating Ross." I said. "Oh. I- I understand." He said and ran away.
Ross' POV
I heard a door slam and someone calling my name. "ROSS?!?" It was probably Riker. I ran downstairs and felt a slap on my cheek.
