At last, home. Home sweet home. I can now drift off to peaceful slumber and hopefully see her. My love. My life. I tucked myself into my pearl white and warm duvet and fell into a world of visions.

"Baby"

her voice was faint in my ears, she was walking towards the bedroom where my body laid. She was back from work and very tiresome, dragging her tiny feet down the corridor. I couldn't stop staring, she was just magnificently beautiful!

"I'm here love"

I called back.

"Hmm my chamber of secrets"

She looked at me with the most extravagant look on her face. There was something that wasn't quite right. Her stomach. It was flat, she wasn't pregnant. Did she already give birth? What was going on? Breaking my thoughts, she began to speak.

"My parents are in town, and um well they want to meet you"

Worried features displayed on her face. A small smile slipped upon my lips, comforting her shaken body.

"Hey, it'll be alright, why are you so anxious? Everything will be just fine"

I said.

"You don't know my parents Harry, my step-mum she's horrible, she, well, you know what happened, she, I-"

She broke into tears. I watched her, clueless, my emotions flooded my insides with desperation mixed with confusion. But then she began again,

"when my mother killed my young and innocent sister, right in front of my eyes I couldn't bare it. I was next, but before she could catch me, my dad, my brave dad had axed her callous head and told me 'Cassandra, whatever you saw, it was just a big nightmare, now run to bed, I have some things to do' and for some reason I trusted him and it was the best thing I did, until he remarried some malicious women from Ireland, who once tried to rule the Irish empire. My dad thinks she's nice and sweet and loving when really she's cruel and catty and callous!"

Fuel burned inside her, she roared her fury in agony. She despised her dad for not listening. And I felt it, I felt her love, her wrath, her anxiety.

Before I could say a word, she continued to speak,

"I don't know what's going to happen tomorrow Harry, if she doesn't like you, my dad will, he will, not accept us."

"Cassandra"

I finally knew her name from when she expressed the torment she went through.

"It will be all okay, as you say, I'm a very likeable person"

I nudged her with a wink wink.

"Aye papi!"

She joked. But then Cassandra glanced a this-isn't-a-joke-anymore-Harry look at me. I engulfed her in my arms, allowing her to feel my love.

"Shhh"

I hummed as I felt her whims of weeps. Stroking her long, smooth hair, she rested her light head on shoulder.

"I love you"

Cassandra whispered, making the sound bleary in my ears from her unfinished weeps. Our hug had lasted 3 minutes, but it felt like eternity, like our lives had depended on it. Kissing her soft lips, I tugged her into bed. Both of our body's laid in the warm white sheets, her back was pressed against my bare chest feeling her backbone brush against my torso. And just at that moment we both exchanged the words "I love you" to one another. It felt just so... Beautiful.
