The next day I woke up with a bounce in my walk.
Today was different. Lily finally get's back from Texas! I get to see her finally, we signed up for this camp together after all. 3 years ago when we started Camp, we couldn't pick, and that's when my moms supervisor at work suggested Camp Spotlight. This was like a second home for the both of us.
I quickly got dressed in a trendy, simple outfit. If i was competing against Stacey for Jake I had so start dressing better.
I decided to sacrifice my 30 spare minutes and quickly skyped Lily.
She picked up after the second ring.
"Hey!" She shouted excitedly smiling like an idiot.
"Hey!" I shouted back, "When are you going to get here loser?"
"I don't know, probably around 3:30-4. Depends when the train gets to the station."
"Well how was Texas?"
"HOT!" She shouted laughing, "Very, Very Hot. But I get a picture with Austin Mahone. If you can see...." She trailed of unlocking her iPhone and adjusting it to where the camera caught it right.
"Ew." I said scrunching up my nose.
"Austin Mahone is not a horrible singer!" Lily defended him.
"Yeah, but he's not exactly the most talented either." I stuck my tonuge out at her.
"You look like theres something bothering you." Lily said looking at me concerned.
"I'm dating Jake." I said dully.
"Thats great!" Lily said bouncing up and down in her chair, "Why are you not bouncing with me!?" Lily shouted still bouncing and smiling.
"Cause it's fake." I said defeated, resting my cheek in my hand.
"What!?" Lily shouted. "How long have ya'll been Dating?" She asked dramatically putting quotes around dating.
"I don't know for acouple of days."
"Dude!" Lily shouted upset now. "God if I were there with you I would punch you in the face! Do you tell me nothing now? I feel like I've just walked out of an episode of the Twilight Zone."
"Sorry. I've just been so busy lately."
"Tell me everything, we obviously have alot of ground to cover."
"I want to hear about your trip to Texas though."
"Oh please, that's so microscopic compared to this. Now spill."
I started from the roots when Jake pulled out the letter, to on the first day when we pulled up to the front, to the first day of camp and all me and Jakes fake plans.
By the time I finished Lily was practically screaming.
"This is great! You and Jake could actually realise you guys were meant to be!"
"Not if it's fake."
"Just shut up, I have to go We will be talking about this later, Trains here."
"Aww, bye!" I said smiling.
"Bye!" Lily waved smiling back.
I shut my laptop and ran downstairs.
I saw Andy opening up a gronala bar.
"Thankyou." I said grabbing the granola bar out of his hand taking a big bite out of it.
"Stop it!" He said, pushing my back. "Bitch."
