"So you were threatened, Mr Fitz?" The judge asked Ezra who was sitting at a small table with his lawyer.
"My girlfriend was. Yes" He announces
"I couldn't let her hurt my girlfriend ever again"
The judge nods and calls Aria up to the stand.
"Aria is this true?"
"Of course it's true. I'm sure you read my file. Charlotte Diluarentis has tried to kill and hurt me so many times. She even shot Ezra. He almost died. If someone who did so many bad things to you just could walk the streets, wouldn't you be scared? Wouldn't you be afraid to walk out the door in the morning or even go for lunch" Aria stared at the judge.
"Charlotte killed so many people. Ezra is being accused of killing one person. One person that had killed so many. Wouldn't it be the best idea to get that person out of the way?"
The judge's booming voice called out "We'll meet back here tomorrow to hear what the jury has decided"
Aria steps off the platform and walks over to Ezra, wrapping her arms around his chest.
"Ezra I don't know if I can do this. What if your found guilty?"
"Hey Aria don't worry about it. Everything is going to be fine" He assures her even though he isn't positive that's true.
The next day, Ezra straightens the tie and stands up. Aria sat behind him crossing her fingers. The love of her life couldn't spend the rest of his life in jail.
"We the jury have come to a conclusion" A lady stood up. "Ezra Fitz is being accused of killing Charlotte Dilaurentis. Although no eye witnesses have confirmed Ezra at the scene on that night, we have found diaries from Addison Montgomery stating that Ezra Fitz had killed Charlotte. Since Addison is no longer alive and she can't speak for herself, there's no way to prove that she isn't lying. She has tried to kill Ezra and Aria, which means she would have been capable of killing Charlotte. So we have come to the conclusion that Ezra Fitz is not guilty in the murder of Charlotte Dilaurentis"
A smile slid across Aria's face as the judge pounded down on the table.
"Aria, let's get out of here" Ezra called and he ran down the aisle towards her.
"Where are we going?" Aria asks
"Anywhere but here" Ezra exclaimed, pulling her by the arm and prancing out of the building.
