At times, life can't just give you the warmest embrace you badly need.
It won't hand you the hanky to wipe all your tears.
Nor the warmth of your duvet when it's freezing cold.
Life won't help you up from your knees.
Sure it'll even wash your cuts with salt.
Dear, learn to get used to it.
Them pain won't kill you anyways.
But do this - challenge yourself to kiss every rain you walk on to.
