Laughter drenched my morning
My eyes slipped somewhere near
Someone took your eyes for someone
You claimed her then & put a smile
I smiled halfly for an act
I wish it was I you're giving that
For once I thought your eyes did linger mine
Oh, I wish it did stayed with mine
But even when I'm just somewhere near,
I know your eyes will always look for that someone near me.
