Chapter 7

SPOV
•I'm so glad Ally let me go to her new apartment to help her film a video. We weren't in the car for even 5 minutes when we had to get out and try to figure out how her garage door works. That took us at least a good 30 minutes to figure out! Needless to say, it is so weird walking into her new house. Knowing that it is only her house. Then I have my own house 10 minutes away that only belongs to me and not Ally anymore.•
"Uh, Ally?"
"Mhm"
"Where is all of your furniture?"
"Oh, yeah. I don't have any right now."
"No shit! Have you even bought any yet?"
"Yes! In fact, the guys from IKEA are coming today to drop all of it off today! Which is mainly why I invited you over.."
•Ally had the cutest smirk on her face right now. She set me up! I had a feeling we weren't gonna be filming.. I figured I'd play along with it since I miss her so much.•
2 hours later
•Ally and I fell asleep on the floor of her apartment since we were so exhausted. We were woken up by a loud bang on her door. It was the guys from IKEA.•
"Allison, you do know you could've had the IKEA guys construct all of this for you, right?"
"Yea I know. But there is an extra fee that I didn't really want to pay. Plus, I was gonna ask you to come over anyways to help me make these things. I knew you wouldn't say no."
•Shit, she was right. I wouldn't have said no. Sometimes I randomly have times where I want to kiss her. However, I know I can't. It hurts. I keep saying this, but I did fuck up. But its for the best. At least her and I are still friends, right?•
"Ugh, you're right, Allison." I say with a smirk on my face."
"With that being said, let's get started." She replies, looking irresistible as ever.
3 hours later
•We haven't built most of the stuff she ordered, however the last few hours have been very interesting. It went from building her bed set, to dancing around her apartment to all kinds of music, and back to building things again. It felt almost as if we were dating again.•
"I missed this. I miss us." I said as it was completely silent.
"Oh, really? I haven't noticed" Ally says, trying to lighten the mood. "Right now we're spending time together, and time apart. Just as friends. I believe it should stay like that. At least for a little while longer. Plus, I kinda... Umm..-"
"Kinda what, Allison? Tell me"
"I, uh.. Kinda have a date this Friday. With a girl I met on Tinder."
•That little sentence she said to me shot through me so quickly, yet so painfully. She has a date? With another girl? We just fucked with two of our best friends last night! How could she already have a date with some girl? We've only been broken up for a couple of months.
