Monday morning 💞
My mum received a call saying that Joe has waken up. I am so happy for two nights I have been worrying like mad. Anyway since it the summer holidays no school I can visit Joe. I quickly got dressed and caught the 9am bus.

I saw Joe lying in hospital bed fast asleep why did it have to happen to him at least he was ok I thought. He woke up I had no idea what to say so I ended up saying thank god your ok. He laughed and said I am now my mum has been driving me up the wall never flipping leaving me alone, which made me giggle. So how are you? He said in a weakly voice. I'm fine I'm more concerned about you. Don't be I'm fine there's something I need to tell you he gently held my hand I went bright red. Joe's mum came in and saw that Joe was holding my hand "sorry did I just interrupt something, I just wanted to know if you both wanted a drink" she said. Mum! Joe said we don't want a drink can you please go? Joseph Graham Sugg no need to be so bloody rude she said slowly waking out of the hospital room smiling to herself.

So Joe began its really nice to see you my mum was saying about how you came to see me I after the hockey riot match Joe said trying to make a joke of what had happened. Yeah well like I said I was worried about you, your the only true friend I have and I didn't want to lose you I said my voice broke a little and I realised tears were rolling down my face. Hey don't cry Joe said leaning out and offering me a hug I held him close to me my heart was skipping a beat as he kissed my head.

The nurse suddenly came in and said Joe there's some good news we've stopped the bleeding as you already know and you've healed more quickly than we thought so we are going to discharge you if that's ok. Yes he said smiling he got handed his crutches and went over to reception where his mum and Dad was waiting....
