Behind...

You left without a word

I never could be heard

Your like a sneaky rat

I'm suck in you trap

You'll never come back

I have to face the facts

Had to play your silly game

Never thought it would be this way

You left this world behind

I didn't get to say goodbye

Know all I wanna do is cry

I just wanna die

I never really understood

The saying that was read

'To love is to destroy, but to be loved is to be the one destroyed'

I understand what you said

What you meant

I gave you a chance

But you left this world behind

You didn't say goodbye

I'll never cry

So instead I'll say goodnight

It was your birthday today

Seven years ago you've been gone

You were my best friend

Doesn't matter if you were kin

When you left us behind

We didn't get to say goodbye

Yes, we cried

But when you died

We changed

We will miss you always

I'm saying goodnight but not for the final time

Just for tonight

I bid you farewell

So you can dwell

We'll leave the world behind

So goodnight
