Maya's Promise

CHAPTER 6

Johnathon explained everything to me and I've accepted that we're all a little messed up and there's something about him that makes me trust him. We went back to normal as if nothing happened and I told him about Patrick.
"OH SHIT! You f***ed up" he said

"I know...I can't believe it happened. I'm such a horrible friend"

"No, he's a horrible boyfriend. Plus your the one who stopped it so I think you should just tell her." She's gonna disown me and hate me and never be my friend again but he's right and that's what i should do.

So a few hours later I head to school to find Ashley before she leaves. I didn't have to look far though because she was right out front so I called her over and I explained everything that happened yesterday with Johnathon and Patrick. I was waiting for her to blow up but instead she surprised me by saying, "Im so sorry about Johnathon"
Wait ....what? I tell her I kissed her boyfriend and she feels bad for me?
"Yh its fine he explained everything and though I can't tell you just trust me that he's sane.....but what about the Patrick thing?"
"Im surprised it took him this long" wait... What? Then she continued,"I see the way he looks at you Maya, he's liked you for so long but you were with the shit head and then you swore of relationships so he never had a chance"
"Wow...I honestly didn't know. How are you so chill about it?" How can someone be with someone who's likes someone else?
"He's funny and fun and he's a good kisser and he's good at other things too. If u know what I mean. *wink wink* so why not."

"Ok im done. So what do you plan to do about Patrick? "

"Absolutely nothing. I don't think of him like that. He's just my friend." I told her but she has a smile on her face. "What?" I asked.
"You must feel something for him or else you wouldn't have kissed "
Is she right??.... NAH.
"You guys kiss all the time and u claim to not have feelings"

"Its not feelings.....its harmones. He's hot and he's male and i have needs. " oh my gosh Ashley has no filter does she.
"Well I can't with anyone right now so you can keep your boy toy."
"Its been over a year Maya, isn't it time for you to move on?"
"No I don't think I'm ready" as I say these words all the memories of what happened came to mind and was quickly brushed away when James came to sit beside me.
" Hey babe........and Ashley" he said.
Ashley hates James with a passion so she leaves.
I have been dating James for a week and honestly I can't wait to drop him.
"You missed our date yesterday" his voice is so annoying. I don't get why girls fall all over him. Its time to get rid of him.
As I was about to break it off in the harshest way possible, I see Patrick looking right at us. So I decide what better way to let him down than making him watch me and James have a make out session right there in front of him. Cruel? Yes....affective? Yes.
I straddle James' lap and say "How can I make it up to you?"
He then grabs my waist and says "I can think of a way" from there we got into a heated make out session right infront of the school and right in front of Patrick. I was grinding on him while he was kissing all over me and let me tell you this boy might be an annoying douche but he's one hell of a kisser. After I see Patrick walk off far enough that he can't see us, I get off James' lap.
"Wow I love you so much" he said. I was actually quite surprised. James only took a week to be whipped. And now it's time to let him go. As I was about to say something this girl named Meghan comes up to me and says "How's it feel to be the biggest whore in school? "
This girl is gonna make me slap her fake eyelashes off her face.
"Oh Meghan are you still not over James? Or are you just mad that he did get over you............. and under you and maybe even down on you but still left you after one night and fell in love with me?" Oh how I love confrontations.
"Oh please....James loves no one. He just smashes then dashes. "

"Well he smashed me on the second day and is still here after a week and he hasn't gotten any since."
