Chapter 2

*Niall's P.O.V*

I woke up in the morning with those perfect warm brown eyes, that ridiculously flawless caramel skin and that rich brown quiff still strong in my mind. I quickly sat up remembering the day before. Those warm inviting eyes had haunted my dreams last night. I thought about yesterday and quickly made up my mind that today I would introduce myself to him.

I got ready for school eager to get there and see the mysterious beauty. But by hurrying I just had to sit and wait for the bus. The seconds ticked painfully by, but finally the clock reached 8am and the bus pulled up outside. I hopped on and looked to the seats that Liam and Louis usually sat in and saw them sitting there talking.

'Hey Nialler.' Liam said happily.

'Sup.' Louis added. I sat down and pulled out my earphones, plugging them in and listening to my favourite songs over and over again.

When we made it to school I rushed out of the bus managing not to get trampled on by everyone and then went to my locker. I grabbed my sketch book for art and stood there for a while watching everyone go past. I honestly did not know where to start looking. Yesterday was the first time I had seen him and that was in the corridors. I decided to head out to the front of the school. I sat on one of the benches and then absentmindedly started to draw.

When I finally really looked at my paper I saw an accurate sketch of the dark beauty I yearned for. I quickly ripped out the page and stuffed it into my bag so that nobody would see it.

The bell rang for first class and I was quite upset that I hadn't seen him yet. Art was the usual lesson. I sat and gossiped with the teacher and the girls up the front while all the boys sat at the back mucking around. My clay sculpture was coming together nicely. I had started to sculpt a guitar to show what meant a lot to me. Not many people knew that I played guitar.

Next I went to Dance. I was the only guy in the Dance class but that didn't bother any of the girls because they all knew I was gay.

We were working on choreography. Mine was a contemporary piece that told the story of compassion.

Lunch came up next so I went to the change rooms to get changed out of my dance outfit.

I went to the usual table to find Louis and Liam waiting for me. They looked up at me happily as I sat down with my lunch.

'What's got you both so cheery?' I asked a little suspicious.

'We're trying to figure out who you like.' Liam said. Louis smacked his arm.

'I thought we weren't telling him.' Louis said.

'Oh please. We would have told him if we had guessed and we need some clues.' Liam said.

'I would give you some clues but actually I'm all out. I told you everything I know about him yesterday.' I said sadly.

'Not even a name? Just his looks?' Louis questioned.

'I have been trying to look out for him today but I haven't seen him. I want to get to know him.' I said shyly.

'Awww our little Nialler's got it bad.' Liam said, teasing me.

'I have not.' I said quietly.

'Niall we can tell when you lie.' Liam said.

I just looked down and continued to eat my lunch.

When the bell rang I was quite happy to go to math, even though it wasn't my best subject. I got B's in math but I was in a higher math class so that automatically made me a nerd. That and the fact that i was into musical theatre and dancing. The only reason I had friends was because I played football.
