Chapter Two.

It was around 7:00 am. Jen and Beth were up getting some water. Reason why they woke up so early is because their use to it from torture, they had been given started at this time. Force to wake up, so it also became a habit now. The first turtle to wake up was the famous Leonardo.

"Hey guys, what are you doing up so early?" Leo ask them. Once Beth heard his voice she instantly perk up. Jen knew that Beth had a thing for him.

"Morning Leo! We're just use to waking up this early" Beth said as she smiled to him.

"This is usually the time the they would wake us up for a new session of experimenting" Jen spoke up. Leo look at us with sad eyes before speaking But Beth cut him off.

"Do you have to make everything turn sad and depressing?" Beth said as Leo and Jen chuckle.

"I'm just explain why" Jen spoke patting Beth head.

"Well you safe now, you guys can go back to sleep if you want" Leo said to them. It was to have someone let them stay.

"No it's fine, maybe tomorrow" Jen said as she finished her water.

"When do the others wake up?" Beth ask Leo, all he does is shrugs.Beth smirk and giggle. 'Quite lazy for a ninja if I do say so myself' she though. She shrugged the thought off and took a swig of water.

"So, how do you guys normally train?" Beth asked curiously. Leo simply smirked, the kind of smirk that said 'your in for a surprise'. He chuckled and started sharpening his katanas, leaning against the wall in the kitchen.

"The guys should be awake soon, so you'll see then" Leo said. Jen crock her head, curious as to what leo meant by what he said. "oh okay then..." She said, waiting for someone to change the subject. The three grew silent, and Jen looked between Leo and Beth. Beth was staring at her feet, and Leo was looking at her, as if he got lost in staring at Beth. Jen smirked, thinking about Raph. Beth look up and lock eyes with leo. They both blushed for a moment.

"So, uh" Beth began, "your brothers? They seem pretty cool" Beth said. Leo cleared his throat, snapping back into his wits "Yeah" he said nervously.

"We're all a little different in our own ways" He smiled in thought.

"Michelangelo, he acts comically" Beth said, still trying to figure out each's brother's personality. Leo nodded.

"Mikey is the youngest, we all look out for him. But he can handle himself" he said. Beth smiled.

"That's good" She said."Raphael" she said, "He's seems..."

"Like a jerk" Jen interrupted. She scowled a little, her arms folded over her chest and her eyes stated with such intensity that made Leo want to sink his shell.

"He's kind of an asshole, I agree" Beth said. Leo chuckled.

"He's the second oldest of us. He's really mean and kinda cold on the outside. But don't get me wrong- he's a big softies once you get to know him. He's the most sensitive out of all of us on the inside" Leo explained.

"We'll see about that" Beth said. She paused, than speak again. "Donatello, he's very smart?" Beth asked, almost not sure if she was talking about the right turtle. Leo nodded.

"Donnie is older than Mikey but younger than Raph and I. He does machines, gadgets, the sorta thing" Leo explained. Beth nodded.

"And you...?" Jen said, her eyes softening a bit. "What about you?"She stared him down, making Leo even more nervous.

"You are the leader?" Beth asked,with a smile. Her smile was strange, almost as if she was trying to intimidate him. Leo gulped.

"Yeah, I'm the 'unofficial leader',"Leo said, confidence flowing over him. "Raph doesn't like to admit it though, so I was wouldn't ask him about that" Leo warned. Jen and Beth looked at each other, then stifled a giggle.
