Over the next couple of weeks the weird behavior and the even weirder excuses continued from Caleb. Minelly and Fernando were happy and loving their new house and that seemed great. Me and Michaela finally figured out how to work together sharing the house but the Caleb mystery continued to cunfuzle me.
One day after work I was on my way he and I saw Caleb walking into a bar trying to make sure he wasn't being followed. I got out of my can and ran inside and quickly sat at a table watching Caleb. Caleb looked around and seemingly spotted something and walked in that direction then sat next to a girl. I moved closer so that I could hear the conversation. They seemed very lovey dovey towards each other and through the conversation I found out her name. Maliah. Maliah seemed to be a very nice girl but I wasn't certain she knew much about Caleb because you know, she seemed like a nice girl. I resolved to ask Caleb about it the next day so I paid for my food and left. I got home and saw Michaela with a new boy toy and felt the strange feeling again but tired from all the detective work went to bed before it was too loud to sleep.
