The 2 months had gone by fast, in some cases. James and his group of friends had bothered me all summer long, barely getting a second of silence in with those obnoxious boys.

James drug me everywhere they went. If it was for one of their immature pranks, to playing Qudditch.
Sirius flirted with me all summer, something none of the boys enjoyed, though I don't think Peter cared. The amount of times I rolled my eyes at Sirius, I was surprised my eyes didn't stick to the back of my head.
Peter just followed the boys around. Not sparing me a second glance, as though I wasn't important enough for him to acknowledge. Not that I minded. I preferred being left alone.
Remus had bothered me greatly all summer. He stared constantly and had always tried to control me. As though I would listen to him obediently. He bossed me around as though he was my father, though he was no where near as close as that monster.

We had went to Diagon Alley together, Remus standing by my side the whole time, glaring at anyone who even dared to glance my way as James dragged me around. At that point Remus bossy and controlling attitude was out of the question in my life. I'd never been controlled before so why would I start now?

Now it's finally September 1rst. I've never been more thankful it's been the longest summer of my life. As we walked through Kings Cross Station, I looked at my ticket. 9 3/4? Is there such thing? I asked myself. Suddenly we come to a halt, making me bump into Remus. He turns around, seeing what it was about only to see me on the ground with my luggage.

He then offers a hand to help me up. I refuse it and pick myself up. Grabbing my luggage I look to see where we stopped. Right in front of platforms 9 and 10. I look curiously to see Sirius running towards the wall. I close my eyes thinking he's going to crash. Waiting and not hearing a smash, I peek one eye open to see him not there.

Next James goes and runs through the wall. My eyes widen in amazement. Then Peter goes. Then it's my turn. I look to see Remus staring at me once again. I start running towards the wall closing my eyes expecting me to crash. Then I feel a weird sensation. Something I couldn't really explain. Like magic was going through me.

I open my eyes and see a big red train with a sign that says 9 3/4 Hogwarts Express. I quickly see the boys looking for me noticing Remus hasn't came through yet I take advantage of it and ran to the train not being noticed by the boys. I quickly find an empty compartment and sit there silently.

Finally some quiet. I thought to myself closing my eyes. Just as I did so the door slammed open and red headed girl came in with a black greasy haired boy. "Hello, sorry to disturb you but all the other compartments are full. Do you mind if we sit here?" The red head asked me.

I simply shrugged looking out the window seeing the boys still looking for me. I hid my face so they wouldn't see me. "My name is Lily Evans and this is Severus Snape" the red head told me.

"Skylar" I told her.

She looked at me curiously but ignored the fact anyways. "I've never seen you around before are you new" she asked. I nodded "I'm a transfer you could say".  Her eyes lit up probably noticing my accent. "Where are you from?" She asked. "The United States" I replied simply. I looked back out seeing the boys board the train.

"Why are you looking at the Marauders" She snarled. I looked at her seeing her face red and he eyes black from anger. "Who's that?" I asked. "Those 4 boys you were looking at? You know Potter, Black, Remus, and Pettigrew?" She stated. Look at Severus seeing him glaring at the ground.

I looked back at Lily and noticed how she said Remus' name and the rest last were the boys last names. "I stayed with the Potters all summer, the "Marauders"" I quoted with my fingers "annoyed me all summer I was avoiding them". Lily calmed down when she heard this. "Potter constantly asks me out and the boys tease Severus" she informed me looking apologetic. My eyes darkened when I heard the boys teased the shy boy beside Lily.

I've had experience with people constantly teasing you because your different. It's some of the reason I'm closed off. The reason I have nightmares. "Remus seems like the only decent one" she told me. I laughed at that. My experience with Remus was extremely annoying. "He's stared at me all summer, and treated me like I was his property. James drug me around everywhere all summer so I didn't get a moment alone" I informed her.

She looked confused when I told her about Remus and scowled at the mention of James. "Potter asks me out like 50 times a day" she said. I nodded.

That's when the boys walked in.

A/N 100 reads already! Thanks for reading you guys! I'd also like to mention I know Remus isn't actually like that, in this book he isn't like that either it's just the way it's supposed to be with Skylar. It's like a possesive thing if you will. Anyways thanks for reading you guys!
