Reality

I wake up and I'm in extreme pain. I look around and I'm in complete shock. I couldn't believe that I was back in my old room. The last thing I remember is getting stabbed and I was in the underwater palace. Wait did I dream everything that happened with Killian? Was it all fake or was Killian real? No it had to be real, oh I was so confused and in pain. Robin walks in and smiles. "Emma you're awake!" I give him a weird look. "What happened?" "Oh my dear, we found you on the shore not far from the palace." I gave him a confused look. "Yes Emma and you were all bloody, someone had stabbed you." I sighed in relief. So it was true everything that happened between Killian and I. I was so happy and then it hit me. Killian is down there probably worried sick and thinking I died. "How long have I been asleep?" He sighs. "2 months." I gasp. "The wedding, I am so sorry." He shakes his head. "Don't worry love we can postpone it until you feel better." I nod and caress his cheek. I grunt as I tried to get up. He pushes me back down. "No Emma even though your body healed from the stab wound you are not strong enough to walk." I sigh. "Just rest Emma." I nod. He kisses my forehead and walks out the door. As soon as the door closed I ran down to the spot where I would meet Killian everyday at high noon. I walked down there and nothing. Everything was silent. The sea was dead silent as was the wind. It seemed like there was no soul around. I touched my neck and I touch the necklace. I started to cry like crazy. He's probably already married by now. Two months have passed there is no hope. I should just forget about him and move on. He will forever be in my heart but he was right, there would have been no way that we could have ever been together. Look at all the problems that happened because someone saw us kiss. I kissed my necklace and accepted the fact that I was never going to be with him. I took one last look at the spot and smiled. I sighed and made my way back up the stairs.

Killian's POV
It's been two weeks since Regina, my prison mate and I had been banished to main land. Yeah our banishment at the end was to be humans and if we were to touch ocean water we would turn back into our old selves and be killed. The mermaid council is not to be messed with. I was so happy that I was banished here that way I would be able to find Emma. "So it's been what two weeks, we need to find jobs." I say as I look at Regina and she nods. "Let's walk into town and see where we can work at." She says as she points to where the town was at. Regina was thrown into the cell next to me a day after I was thrown in. She had been falsely accused of something and since we had no one else to talk to, we talked and soon became friends. She knows all about Emma and she's being really supportive of my pursuit towards her. We were banished somewhere far away from Emma's palace so I need to make money so we can travel, eat and well survive. "How about we look there." I said as I grabbed Regina's hand and walked towards the town. We walked into the town and walked into a tavern. Regina and I sat down and tried to listen into other people's conversations. A woman comes up to me and sits on my lap. "So handsome what would you like?" Regina gives me a weird look. I smile. "Yes do you know where Middle Haven is at?" She lifts her eyebrow. "It's going to cost you." Regina shakes her head. "Don't do it." She mouthed. "How much gold do you want?" She shakes her head. "Oh no handsome, I don't want gold I want ..." She starts to kiss my neck and I sigh. She whispers something in my ear and then kisses me. She caresses my face then walks away. Regina gives me a weird look. "What?" "So you'll just kiss your way back to Emma?" I scoff. "Well not kiss my way but I know the way." She gasps. "You found out the way?" I nod. "Well let's go." I nod and we make our way to Middle Haven. We are walking and talking when someone comes up to us. "Where do you think you two are going?" I push Regina behind me. "What do you want, we are just walking by sir." "This is my turf and in order to pass you need to pay or..." He walks over to Regina and he pushes me to the side and starts to caress her. "I can spend a night with your wench and I will let you pass freely." I get enraged. I take my bag of gold and I give it to him. He opens it and smiles. "Pleasure in doing business with you." I scoff. He pushes Regina towards me and I could tell she was scared as can be and starts to cry. I quickly hug her. "Killian you shouldn't have done that." I kissed her forehead and she hugged me even tighter. I cup her cheeks and smile. "I don't know what I would do if I lost you Regina." She smiles and and hugs me again. "Are you going to be ok?" She nods. I smile. We walked and continued on our way to Middle Haven.
