Early Morning Exercise

Who loves early morning 5 o'clock exercises???
I guess many will say no, many a yes (health freaks)
So I to stay neutral !!
Nor I love neither I hate..
But I really hate the pains that causes & happens aftermath..
Like now while writing this I am done with the darn exercise & suffering in pain..;) ;) why do we have to be excess healthy(I mean ME)
Jokes apart the long term benefit of it is good like we hear a millions times from friends TV families..
Somehow it's true we can't deny, for working in long run we need to work hard now so as to live happy & long in future..:) :)
Hehehe I am not here to give early morning advice of health but it was so instant. From today I just started so came up here to write..
