" Ellie! Ellie! Wake Up! You don't want to be late for your first day of high-school!" Mother yelled. " Come on Ellie wake up!".
" Yes Mother I hear you!" I yelled back. She needs to learn how to give someone a minute to wake up. I turned on the hot water. I stepped inside the shower. The water hit my cold skin giving me goosebumps. I quickly washed my body. As I put the shampoo in my hair a globe of it hit my eye. " AHH! Fu-" I covered my mouth to stop the coursing. I put my hair under the stream of water. Washing the shampoo out carefully so I didn't hit my eye again. As soon as I was done I turned off the water and stepped out. I rapped the towel around my head and body.
" Are you out of the shower yet?" Mother knocked on my door.
" Yes, mother I am done. Now can you please go?" I snapped at her. I know I shouldn't have but she was being annoying this morning. I looked in my closet full of clothes. Quickly looking through them I found the perfect outfit. A tanktop, blue pullover t-shirt, and skinny jeans. I put on my clothes fast, just in case my mother came through the door. I grabbed my comb, I started pulling it through my tangled hair. Pulling the comb through my hair was harder because it was naturally curly but most of the time I would straighten it. After that was through I put the straightener to it. It didn't take long till I had perfectly straight hair. I looked through my make-up bag for my eye liner and mascara. " Aha finally!" I said grabbing them. Putting a thin line of the black liner on my top lid. I did my mascara then I went down stairs.
" Here is your eggs." Mother set my plate on the table.
" Thank you, but how come you made me breakfast today?" My head turned lightly to the side.
" Because, I didn't want you to be late my dear." Mother quickly ran for the phone in the other room. I shoveled the eggs into me. Man wasn't I hungry. I got up and went into the living room,
" You ready?" Mom looked at me. I sighed.
" Yeah, I guess so." It just hit me that I am not going to be with all my friends anymore. But I had to suck it up.
The drive to my high-school wasn't very long.
" Well here you go my dear." Mom put the car in park. I looked at the school then I looked mom.
" Love you." Mom hugged me.
" Love you to." She kissed my forehead.
