When I Travel Alone in Aceh

The very next day, Khatami texted me and he told me that they were all already awake and i told them I lied on the beach. I waited for like an hour but they never came.

Khatami then asked me to pick them up in the front of the hotel because their hotel doesn't have access to the beach like mine do. But it's so far away. So, I told them to just go to the hot water spring as their plan because I didn't want pick them up and they should just... you know... just go for it.

I told them I would just packing because we all leave the islands that day. Bang Hanif texted me too. He told me that he would take slow ferry and he was concerned about me.

Meanwhile, I found that Bang Hanif is so nice. He always texted me every day and night asking me about my plans or even cared if I already ate something. I was excited to meet him again! After days, we texted, I finally could meet him again. 'Yeay' I thought.

The phone vibrated:

We are already on the beach, near big coral in the corner of the beach.

I replied:

I'll be right there. Just let me finish packing.

Then, I went to the very corner of the beach. To meet them. I couldn't lie, I denied to see them. To look at Khatami's face. But they were very welcome me. Then the ice was breaking. We played a little bit. Enjoyed the view and took pictures. Khatami asked me to took picture with him. He then helped me to get above the coral. Again, he held my hand.

It was already 11.30 am and we had to checked out, so we returned back to the hotel. The beach was so beautiful at that day. Then Bang Hanif texted me:

Hey, ready to sail?

I replied:

Almost! Still thinking about snorkeling here. Should I?

He replied:

Think you should!

He encouraged me to go to snorkeling on a sunny day by myself. I asked the hotel's staff to lend me a snorkeling equipment. It was the most refreshing 30 minutes in my whole life. I was very happy!

The surprising thing that happened on that day was they lend me the equipment freely! She said that it was only 30 minutes so i shall keep my mouth shut if the receptionist asked.

The guys left me to the port. I asked them too because they needed to load their vehicle into the ferry. They needed to queue.

Bang Hanif texted me:

How was the swim? Going here already? I am already on the port.

I replied:

On my way!

When I arrived, I opened my text from Khatami:

We're already on the ferry

I looked for Bang Hanif and Khatami. Funny that they were all on the highest level of the boat. After losing myself in hundreds of people, I finally found the stairs. I was a bit nervous to meet Bang Hanif. It had been a while.

After climbing the stairs, I finally saw Soufyan, Agan, Nanta and finally Khatami. I told them that I was late because I went snorkeling for a while. They booed at me. I laughed.

I texted Bang Hanif to ask where was he. He waved his hand so I could spot him easily. I told these 4 guys that I had to go for a while. I approached Bang Hanif and let my bags under their supervision.

Bang Hanif then told me to just sit besides him because he already save a seat for me. He, then asked where my bags were and helped me to got it from the guys.

"Hi, Hanif!" while handshaking their hands.

"I'm stealing this lovely fun girl from you guys. Thank you for watching her yesterday. You guys are nice, especially you, Khatami," said Bang Hanif.

I was like whispered at Bang Hanif immediately, "What are you trying to do?"

Bang Hanif grabbed all the bags and asked me to follow him, "Come on, Saoirse!"
