"Oh ... Uh . Nat..?" Alex said confused. I turned around grabbing the door handle. I need to leave. now. "Carter?!" Nat said. shit. I turned around and forced a smile. "Heey Nat." I stared at his confused expression. I walked towards him. His hair was shorter than last year. He had two earrings, that have him a sexy badass look. He was looking back at me. "Oh! Me and Carter saw each other at a party." Alex said breaking the silence. "I said she could stay here tonight, because her parents would kill her." Alex said smirking. He explained the party to Nat. "Carter when did you get back?" He looked at me puzzled. "Oh not to long ago. I'm staying with my dad for the whole year. Also the summer. Alex talked more about the party. He left out all of the details of me and him kissing. Nat introduced me to the girl, who was Nat's girlfriend. She had dark Auburn hair and perfect olive skin. She looked as if she walked out of a Victoria Secret catalog. Her name was Tasha, and she was Italian. After Tasha decided she had to go Alex led me upstairs into the guest bedroom, and got me a few blankets. Nat's bedroom was next to it, and Alex's bedroom was down the hall. "Thank you." I said to Alex. He smiled and nodded, leaving the room. Oh crap I left my phone downstairs. I walked out of the room, heading down the stairs. I found Nat. "I left my phone somewhere have you seen it?" I asked. "No." he filled up a glass of water. He stopped and set down the glass. "I haven't seen you in forever." he said softly. I looked down at my thumbs. "Yeah." I said. I turned around and started heading towards the stairs. "Carter?" he said. I turned, "Yeah?" I said. "Im glad you're back." I turned and looked at him "me too." I walked back up the stairs and went to my room.
