NAT's POV.
I sat across from Tasha in Noodles&Company, staring at my Mac-n-cheese.
"So your friend, Carter.. She seemed pretty cool." Tasha said lifting her fork.
"Yeah. She's .. cool?" I said looking out the large window.
"Did you guys ever ..?" Tasha trailed off.
"What? date?" I replied.
"Yeah, did you?" Tasha said carefully.
"Me and Carter were best friends, and we just figured we should see if we could be anything more. But it doesn't matter anyways, because now i'm with you." I said and smiled at Tasha.
"I love you." Tasha said smiling back.
I grabbed Tasha's hands.
"Love you too." I said.

CARTERS POV.
"Hey I know we have to tell Nat, but can we just wait a couple days?" I said.
I leaned my head on his shoulder.
"I just don't wanna ruin anything.." I said looking up at Alex.
"Okay but I'm gonna take a quick shower, Is that okay?" Alex asked
"Yeah sure." I said and smiled at him.
"But we have to tell Nat. Soon." Alex said.
"Together?" I asked.
"Together." Alex said.
Alex leaned in and gave me a long sweet kiss. I felt butterflies. How could it feel so right doing the wrong thing? Was I doing anything wrong?

NAT'S POV.
After we had finished eating, Tasha and I, drove home. I felt a little bad, now that she has met my ex girlfriend. I hope she doesn't think I still love her.
Even though I'm not sure how I feel about Carter being back. Once Tasha was at her house, I was almost home.

CARTERS POV.
I heard a car door slam shut.
Shit Shit!
Nat's Home!
He can't know i'm still here!!
I ran upstairs and went into the bathroom. It felt really humid in there.
"Alex! " I half yelled.
Alex peered out from the curtain looking at me. I looked at his face then down.
Ohh god.
I looked at his abs.
His happy trail.
His body.
His toned Biceps.
I must have been starring at him for atleast a minute..
I snapped out of it.
"Nat!" I whispered pointing at the door.
His eyes got really wide.
"Alex? You in there? Hey can I come in and grab some of my stuff?" Nat yelled through the door.
"Fuck" I mouthed
Alex called back "Yeah just one minute!" And he grabbed my hand.
"no way!" I whispered knowing what I had to do.
I got into the shower. My clothes are going to be drenched!
I tryed not to look at Alex but I couldn't help it. I tryed to be as quiet as I could when Nat came in.
"Hey so Carter left?" Nat asked.
"Yeah.." Alex said looking at me.
"Do you think it was weird cause Tasha was here?" Nat said casually.
"No not really." Alex said quietly back.
I closed my eyes. It couldn't get any more awkward than this...
