"Ok right now Lilia, Aaron, and I are now getting ready to start our lockdown at the abandon Castaneda Hotel, this place was once a Harvey House. Billy and Jay are across town investigating the Plaza Hotel." Zak said to the camera. "You guys ready?"
"Yeah. I got this." I said.
Aaron gave him a thumbs up.
"Ok let's go, stay behind me rookie." Zak grabbed my arm.
I followed him into the building with Aaron behind us.
"Is there somebody in here? We just want to talk." Zak said as we continued into the building. "We're just lost, we need a place to stay."
There was a metallic noise that made me jump.
"Did you hear that?" Aaron asked.
"There's someone back there." Zak whispered. "Can you talk to us?"
I heard a faint woman's voice.
"Wait, did you hear that?" Zak asked.
"Yeah dude." Aaron said.
"Holy crap." I said.
"That's it, talk!" Zak took my digital recorder and turned it on. "Can you continue to speak? Can you tell us who you are?"
I heard a thumping noise, like a heart beat.
"Did you hear that? Like a heart beat." Aaron said.
"I heard it too." I said.
"It was probably a car." Zak said.
We reviewed the audio, as we talked about the car a voice came through.
"Car."
"Oh my god." I said.
A few second later another faint voice came in.
"Demon."
"Holy Shit, did it really just say that?" I asked.
"Why did you say demon? If you're a demon why was it such a little whisper? Why wasn't it DEMON!?" Zak asked.
"What's your name?" Aaron asked.
"It's back here." Zak said. "Is there someone in the back hall?"
I heard the same female voice again, it was very faint.
Aaron pulled out the SB7 Spirt Box. "Just come up and talk into it."
Aaron and Zak started talking about not getting any voices.
"Hey it's ok we're not here to hurt you. We just want you to talk to us." I said.
A few seconds later a woman's voice came through the Spirt Box.
"Woah!" Aaron yelled.
"Holy shit!" Zak exclaimed.
"Awesome." I smiled.
"Sorry we got excited but we can feel a lot of intense energy." Zak said.
"Are right next to us?" Aaron asked.
"Can you talk to us again?" I asked.
Her voice came through again.
"Oh my god." Zak said.
"It sounds like Spanish. She might not understand what we're saying." I explained.
"Thank you for talking to us, woman. Can you tell us your first name?" Zak asked.
"Umm, Puede decirnos... su nombre?" I asked in Spanish to see if she would understand better. "I really hope I said that right." I looked over at Zak.
No voices. We headed upstairs, we passed there room where I had felt the sad energy.
"Lilia, I want you to go and do an EVP session in that room where you felt the energy yesterday. Be careful, if something happens just yell." Zak handed me a recorder and a camera.
I entered the room, it was pitch black and was kinda scary. I set the camera up and sat down in the center of the room, the energy felt different than before, the energy seemed scared. I turned the recorder on. "Why are you scared? I was in here yesterday and the energy felt sad, what changed? Who kept me from falling down the stairs? Why did you help me?"
I reviewed the audio.
"Why are you scared?"
"Men, here."
"Holy shit." I mumbled.
"I was in here yesterday and the energy felt sad, what changed?"
"Scares.. me."
"Who kept me from falling down the stairs?"
"I did."
"Why did you help me?"
"Not hurt."
"Oh my god. Thank you for talking to me and for helping me yesterday, I really...."
"SHUT UP!!" A man's voice yelled.
"Zak!" I jumped up and went to go out of the room. I tripped over something and hit my head against the floor.
