"Look at her." I snap at my friend Jessie when I see Emma, someone I used to consider my best friend, round the corner of the school hallway. We used to be those friends you'd think would last forever, like a soul mate in a best friend kind of way, until one tragic Halloween party.
"I know she's so skanky! Her skirt is shorter than some of my shirts." Jessie who has the same emotions towards Emma as I do, hatred and disappointment, replied her voice full of anger.
"It's not fair that she gets away with it just because these disgusting teachers are drawn to her slutty apparel."
"I know! It's sick really. But I have to get going to history, see you at lunch?"
"Yeah, I have to go to. See ya at lunch." I reply as she begins walking away.
English is always the worst class of the day, I mean who wants to have to sit in the front row of an awful class with a teacher either staring at your chest, or showering you in his spit? I personally hate it.
When lunch finally rolls around, I've had a second shower and I'd been ogled enough to last a life time.
"I. Hate. English." I groan as I set my sandwich down at our usual table.
" I love the lessons, but Mr. Santos really needs to learn boundaries." Clare one of our friends that has the same English class as me interjects.
"Well at least it's Friday" Jill, another friend of ours, adds as she plops down beside Clare.
"We still going to Harrison's party? I bought the cutest shoes to go with my red dress, and if I don't get to wear them, I might lose it." Clare, being the diva she is, had to make sure we knew how much she wanted to go all week. Don't get me wrong, I love Clare, but times like this she gets a little annoying.
"YES!" We all practically yelled at her.
"Hey, Jen, come with me for a minute." I looked up to see Jessie standing over me.
Oh! I completely forgot to tell you my name! Some times I can be so slow... Anyways my name is Jennifer but people call me Jen or Jenny.
