Chapter 23:Energy

As Secret admired herself of being " all so powerful" She let her guard down meaning a perfect attack for us...The problem was that we had no idea how to attack someone that is both dark and light angel. Because no matter who attacks her, light angel or dark angel, it has no effect on her since she can deflect each attack.

" Xander...any ideas on how we can attack her?" I asked whispering

" I have no idea! You're the power guardian, you think. Because either way, I'm not powerful enough to fight her. But you are powerful enough to fight her, plus some extra help from the angel of light." Xander smiled. I smiled back but still concerned about how we were going to fight her.

" I guess we should think quick...looks like Secret is getting bored with us. She may go and kill off other people!" I said worried. Xander nodded and we began to think. I thought for a little bit and looked over at Secret. She was turning a cloud black with dark powers then turning it white with light. She continued that pattern for a little until she shot a bolt with both dark and light powers which had actually shot her.

" Oww! Stupid combination of light and dark powers!" She yelled at herself.

And then it hit me.

"The way to fight her is to combine dark and light powers! She cant use them at the same time since she doesn't have the ability to combine a negative and positive!" I exclaimed hoping that made sense.

" That literally makes no sense and also...where are we supposed to find an angel with both powers other than Secret?" He question.

Apparently what I said didn't make sense. And I got some tricks up my sleeve.

" What I mean is her powers can't  combine. Although she possesses both sided powers, she can only use them one at a time. But for me...I have a trick" I smiled

" Ohh! And wait what trick?" Xander asked.

I smiled and snapped my fingers. A small ball of flowing power and energy appeared in my hand. Xander looked at me with utter shock and amazement. The energy I had in my hand was mine. The energy I had literally looked like a ying yang symbol. Part black with a white dot and park white with a black dot.

" Umm...why does your energy look like that? " Xander asked as he snapped his fingers and showed me his energy which was just a mass of light.

" I have a lot of powers you don't know about. My powers or energy is a combination. The black side represents dark powers and the dot that's white represents the light powers. Same with the light side, it represents light powers, it has a black dot for dark powers. My powers see the good in the bad and the bad in the good. So mine can be combined. Which is why my wings are teo different colours." I explained

" Wait wouldn't that mean that you are exactly like Secret?.." Hr questioned. I chuckled at that statement.

" No I am nothing like Secret, I am not a mix by choice. I am a light angel but I possess both sided powers for my job. You see the side that is showing is the light powers with the dark powers. I only use one side, which means I can fight a dark angel with light powers.If I flip that. My powers can fight a light angel with dark powers. Now if I flip it so both sides show at the same time, I can combine my light and dark powers to fight both at the same time. " I explained. Xander looked at me confused but impressed.

" Now I see why they call you a power guardian." He laughed. We both inhaled and our powers were back in us. The only difference with mine was that, I had both powers combined.

I looked at Xander who motioned for me to get closer to Secret as she was distracted by the colour switching cloud display she was playing with. balling my hands together, I made a combination energy ball and blew it at her.

"Ahh!! What is this!?" She screamed as she couldn't deflect the hit. Hiding behind a cloud, I shot her again but this time with a lightning bolt. The bolt was white meaning light powers but this time it was accompanied by thunder, meaning the dark powers. The bolt struck her wing which messed with her flying a little. I could tell she was growing weak.

" Who is that!? Reveal yourself!" She yelled.

Xander and I cam out from behind the cloud. She rubbed her wing and looked at us with shock.

" Wheres the dark angel!? The one you teamed up with to fight me!?" She screamed.

I chuckled at her and shot another bolt at her with thunder. This hit did the most damage to her.

" BUT HOW!? That's not possible!?" She screamed.

" Don't underestimate a power guardian Mrs. Noblesman" I smiled as I this time used another attack on her.

This time , using dark powers, I controlled the cloud and combined with light powers, I shot stars at her. The stars came from the cloud. Nothing like combination powers. She screamed and shot a bolt at me and Xander, I just deflected it. She shot multiple times with all her strength but couldn't hit me.

"Ahh!" She screamed.

Before I could capture her and bring her back to angel court, she vanished with no trace that I could sense.

I won this time.

But I haven't won the whole battle...

Yet.
