Anxiety is a serious matter. It's scary to go through an anxiety attack on your own. For most it's a thing that happens often while for others it's a rare thing. Either way it's not fun to have an attack. So hears a tip to help those who have anxiety or if you know someone who has it. I call it 5-4-3-2-15: find five things you can see
