Doktor Jamali menghabiskan knot terakhirnya, matanya masih tertumpu pada surgery field.

"Surgical is indeed interesting and tempting. But honestly I like to consult patients and patient's candidates more, doctor."
Naurah menyerigai di sebalik facemask yang menutupi sebahagian wajahnya. Hanya matanya yang tersenyum.
"Owh.. I know this kind of people. They like to talk." Doktor Jamali mengangkat keningnya, tersenyum.
"Its not like that, doctor." Naurah tergelak kecil.
"In the contrary, it's because if I am a patient, I like it when the doctor consult me more about my condition. I believe when I understand my disease better, the less scary it would be, and I would cope better."
"So you are into medical, i guess. Or public health. Because you mention about patient's candidates just now."
"I'm not sure yet, doctor."
"What do you think about family medicine?"
"I would need a very big heart and muscle to endure that I guess." Balas Naurah. Tangannya sibuk membersihkan sisa luka pada kulit di sekitar jahitan. Doktor Jamali berundur dan mula menanggalkan baju sterilnya. Sebelum berlalu, dia membalas.
"Sure you have one. If you don't, talk to Him. Tell Him what are you planning and what you'll need. Whatever it is."
