Leilani Kekoa's Pov

I walked into the room after Hotch, keeping the door open. Five people stood around the table, including the man that helped me. I really didn't know what he looked like until now. Spencer was dressed preppy but laid back, hair that ended just under his ears, and glasses that seemed to fit his personality. All of them, including Agent Hotchner, were way taller than me.

The girl that I saw earlier wore a friendly smile and stuck out a hand. "Hi, I'm Jennifer Jareau, but everyone calls me J.J."

"I'm Leilani Kekoa, call me whatever you want." I shook her hand.

"Penelope Garcia, at your service." Another blonde shook my hand.

"Leilani Kekoa, also at your service." I laughed a little and shook hers back.

"David Rossi." An older Italian man shook my hand.

"Nice to meet you, sir." I replied.

"Derek Morgan." Morgan smiled charmingly. It seemed that Penelope was a little jealous, but I brushed I it off.

"Doctor Spencer Reid." Reid said and then shook my hand. That's his name, Spencer Reid... it fit him perfectly. "But, um you don't have to call me Doctor every time."

"I won't." I said and then laughed a little.

I sat down next to one of the empty chairs next to him. Morgan and J.J. game Spencer a knowing look, and I think he blushed.

"In Jackson, Tennessee, there is a person killing people with ninja stars. So far we have 3 victims, each of them having one in the middle of the forehead, one in the neck, and one of them right where the heart was." J.J. said. She held a remote and clicked it. Three gory pictures of ninja stars being dug into the bone appeared on the screen.

Ninja stars? Who uses goddamn ninja stars?

"Left to right, victims are Hannah Litton, Frannie Smith, and Ashley Kim. All of them seniors from the same college, Hazelwood University. All within the same month. Hannah a week ago, Frannie two weeks, and Ashley three."  She continued. I looked around the table, and everyone's reaction was calm and collected, except Garcia, who was looking the other way from the bloodied crime scenes. All of the girls were different races; white, black, and asian.

"Is there any sign of sexual assault?" Morgan asked.

"Yes there was, but all them were post-mortem." Penelope shuddered. Ew...

"We'll discuss more on the plane. Wheels up in twenty." Hotch said and everyone started cleaning up the files.

"Hey, you don't have to join us just yet if you don't want to. Garcia can show you the ropes." He said to me quietly.

"Yeah, okay." I smiled. I wasn't just ready to be on the field, at least not now. I'd rather pass my gun test first and have a gun out there.

"Her office is two doors to the right from here." He explained. Everyone was out the room by the time he finished talking to me.

Okay, okay. Garcia's office is two doors down. I looked into the correct room. It had several monitors, heaven for me since I only had one. The desk was decorated with all kinds of toys. Penelope was hunched over the keyboard and then I heard rapid typing. I knocked on the open door and she spun around in her chair.

"What can I do for you hun?"

Spencer Reid's Pov

I sat in the back, behind Morgan who was driving. We all had our bags in the back or next to us. I thought about Leilani. She was pretty, and it was obvious, but it seemed like she didn't know it. Her birthday was September 19th, from what I read in her file, making her 22. Just out of college and she joins the bureau, something most people didn't do.

Leilani's Pov, at the BAU with Penelope

"Am I going to share monitors with you? Or," I paused, asking her about the computer situation.

"That's what boss-man wants." She replied. "I moved all my stuff from your side, these are your monitors."

Penelope pointed to to three screens, all of them on the desk surrounding one keyboard. It was one long desk that I shared a desk with her. There was a comfy-looking desk chair pushed into the desk, along with a gray trash can under the desk.

"Are you a clean or messy person? Because if you're a messy person- whew, we are going to have a problem." She expressed.

"Oh, definitely a messy person." I lied. Penelope gasped to herself and looked a little angry.

"I'm just kidding, 'Nelope." I laughed. "I'm a clean person."

"Thank the lord." She laughed. "My boyfriend is such a messy person."

"Alright." I said to myself. I turned the left and right monitors and then the middle.

"You can make an account, but the password had to be 'technicalanaylstleilani' or some way of that. We have separate accounts, but we will be searching the same BAU database." She explained as I made an account to search out of.

"Thanks 'Nelope." I made the username my name, 'LeilaniKekoa' and the password 'leilanitechanalyst'. It worked and then I started adjusting my side of the office.

This chair is too high for me, I thought. I patted my hand under the chair and found the lever to lower the chair. I pressed it in tiny intervals, so I could find the right height. After a couple seconds, I found the right height for my hands to reach the keyboard comfortably.

I adjusted the screens a little bit downward, towards me. After I was finished, I searched up 'Leilani Kekoa.' and found the worst day of my life.
