"Happy birthday to youuuuu!" Mom sings to me like I'm a four year old. I turn to Blue noticing how hard she is trying to contain herself from laughing out loud, I glare at her then she calms down and kisses my cheek afterwards. The cake is the same cake like last year, and it's still the best cake I've ever ate.

"Your already 17! It's unbelievable!" Mom says, her lip slowly quivering telling me she's about to cry.

"Mom, it's okay, don't be sad Dad said to tell you that he'll always love you and miss you right?" I hug her tightly as she silently cries onto my chest.

"I know, I know. It just makes me sad, but leave me now, it your birthday you should celebrate!" She laughs as she wipes her bloodshot eyes.

"Oh!" Mom says, exiting the dinning room. she comes back with a letter in her hands.

"I remember something, your dad told me to give you this when you turn seventeen." Mom hands me a letter, making me suck in a breath.

I nod after taking it. This must be his gift.

"Blue, come on, let's set the table so we can eat the cake!" Mom says.

"Sure auntie!" She says, rushing towards mom.

After everyone leaves me in utter silence, I stare at my little sister, who's sitting on the floor sucking her thumb. I lift her up and inside her play pen before staring at the letter.

From Dad, to Kian.

Happy 17th Birthday son!

Just staring at my father's writing breaks my heart, I miss him so much the only way I can see him is through my weird dreams.

I start ripping off the top of the letter, letting out a breath I didn't know I was holding onto.

As I opened the folded letter, and it said:

Dear my beloved Kian,

I hope that when I'm gone you'll always protect the two girls of our life, I wish that you'll never disappoint your Mom and I wish that you would continue to care for Scarlett as she grows without me. You might be wondering why I keep saying the word 'without me' it's because I have a secret, son, I have a secret that I need to share with you because it's the greatest gift you'll ever have. Remember when you told me about your weird or odd dreams? I know the reason behind it, you're a Time Traveler, Kian, you probably think I'm crazy. But I'm not, I have proof Kian, remember during the morning of your sixteenth birthday? When you were looking for me but I suddenly disappeared? Son, I Time Travelled. I don't know how to explain it any further but I'm a hundred and fifty percent sure that it's in your blood as well because it rarely happens to the second child. Remember when you got mad at me because you taught that I was cheating on you mom? I Time Travelled son, I would never do that to your mom.

Remember all the times when I kept telling you to do this when I'm gone? It's because I saw my own death Kian, it may be terrifying but it's reality there's nothing I can do about it, it was never your fault, I told your mom about it and she couldn't stop crying it broke me to see her like that so I Time Travelled to her past, exactly when she was nine, we had a tea party son, it was the best last moments I had. My Time Traveling ability has a defect, in some books the person just has to think of a year to go to then in a snap they're there, no, that's not how mine goes, mine just does it when it wants it. There was a time before that I remember after when me and your mother were married we both ran up to our hotel room and started jumping on our beds like immature teenagers, and without knowing, I Time Travelled, just after our wedding. Weird I know, your mom was sad but she understood. What I know about your Time Traveling is that, it activates itself once you're asleep, which is why you are The Sleepwalker kind.

I hope you take good care of you precious gift, don't use it in stupid ways. Remember I will always love you three.

Until the end of time, love,
Dad.

"Mom!" I storm out of the living room, running towards the kitchen. "Mom, is this all true?" I ask her tears about to spill from my eyes as I hand her the note. She grabs it then reads it, after she's done she nods her head slowly.

Holy cow.

Does this mean that every single dream I had was real? That means I was so close to dying! What the heck.

But still! I'm a Time Traveler.
Now thinking of everything I accused dad of was so stupid of me.

I run up to my room, locking it after I shut it. I instantly turn on my laptop, clicking on the document '17'.

A note pops up, and it says:

Son, once you open this, everything about our lives are shown, use this thing properly and follow my instructions.

If you can see the big rectangle below, it means this is it, I have to tell you.

That rectangle holds whatever you've been Time Travelling to, if you see in the categories, it states the word; Important History Timelines right? This answers why you time travel only on important dates of history, only the memorable ones. If you change the category, you may be entered into another world, be wise and choose carefully, never take risk or you will regret it.

I trust you kian, you're my son after all.

Love, dad.

Oh, and Happy 17th Birthday!

So this document is like a generator for my brain. Who would've known that a ADHD person, that is a middle class person, actually rare to find.

This is me; I'm too weird to live, too rare to die.

And with dad's words, I should choose wisely.

And prepare myself with an adventure of a lifetime.
