Part 14

*After Dinner*

We all walked out of the restaurant after paying the $200 of the food.

YN: By mom. dad and Kyle...

I hugged them and sighed. I hate seeing my family leave me but I am 18.

Kyle: You'll still come to visit us right?

YN: As long a there are oreos and you guys, then of course!

I laughed and hugged him tight.

Dad: Bye sweetie. Call us when your back in town.

YN: Of course I will!

Dad: Alright princess

I hugged him and he kissed my forehead. I turned to face my mom, who had tears in her eyes and was on the verge of crying.

Mom: Bye YN... I love you and be safe.

She hugged me tight and I hugged her back. I hated to see my mom upset about me not being with the family anymore. Just like the time when I turned 16 and my mom didn't want me to get drivers license.

She turned to face the boys and walked up to them.

Mom: Take care of my babygirl. Make sure she's safe!

They nodded and hugged her. We watched them get in their car and leave. I walked over to the guys and looked up at them.

YN: Thank you guys so freaking much for this amazing dinner! You guys are the best!

We all hugged and smiled.

Jayk: Did you figure out a song yet?

YN: Actually I think I think I have an idea...

I looked over at TC who was looking at my smiling.

YN: I'm Yours by Jason Mraz is our song and has been since we've been little so I choose it.

Blake, Jayk, Devin and Drew awe'd and we laughed.

TC: Alright! Then that song it is!

Jonnie: Alright guys and girl we gotta go now! And Happy Birthday YN!

I smiled and hugged him.

YN: Thanks Jon!

We all got in the cars we came in. So TC and I are in his car alone. As he was driving I looked over at him. I want to tell him that I love him but what if it ruins our friendship?!? Plus he's dating Michelle so that won't be a good idea.

YN: Hey T can I tell you something?

TC: Yeah sure

He smiled and glanced over at me for a second then back to the busy road.

YN: i lo-

Right then his phone started ringing. Perfect.

TC: Hey will you answer that?

i nodded and grabbed his phone and saw that it was Michelle calling. I about threw up seeing her name. I pressed answer and put the phone to my ear.

Michelle: Hey baby!

YN: Eww im not your baby..

I heard Michelle groan from the other line.

Michelle: Where's TC?

YN: Driving.. What do you want?

Michelle: Just tell him to call me when he can.. it's urgent.

YN: Sure alright I'll given him the message when I die.

She scoffed and laughed slightly.

Michelle: Whatever.... Bye

I hung up on her and gave him his phone.

TC: Who was that?

YN: Michelle... she said she needs to talk to you.. apparently it's urgent.

TC: Ok i'll call her when we get to the studio. So what were you saying?

YN: Just want to thank you for this amazing birthday!

I lied then looked back at the road.

TC: It's fine! Anything for my babygirl

He smiled and continued to drive.

*Studio*

We walked into Jayk's dressing room where all the boys were.

Jayk: Finally you guys are here!

He laughed.

TC: Traffic Jam..

YN: And a call from Cruella D'villle

I mumbled under my breathe.

Jonnie: Okay boy's you are up in 15 minutes! And YN, TC your up in 20 minutes.

We nodded and and smiled as he walked out of the room.

I sat down next to Devin on the couch and stole his phone from him.

Devin: Hey!

He tried to get his phone back but i was playing Temple Run

YN: Nope I'm gong to beat your high score!

after 5 minutes I had to give him is phone back because he had to get ready and head out to the stage. I turned the T.V on that showed what was going on. I looked over at Tc who was in the corner on his phone. Probably talking to Michelle. I rolled my eyes and looked back at the T.V watching other singers perform. The announcer introduced After Romeo to the stage, but after the commercial.

YN: Good luck guys!

I got off the couch and gave them hugs.

I watched them leave and sat back down onto the couch.

I looked over at the T.V and watched them perform their song "Free Fall". Once the song was over I got up and fixed my hair and make-up. The boys walked in and were all sweaty. I laughed and gave them towels. Jonnie walked in.

Jonnie: YN and Tc head to the stage now!

We ran to the stage and hugged each other.

TC: Good luck

I smiled and looked over over at him. The music started playing and he began singing his part:

TC; Well you done done me and you bet I felt it
I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted

I reckon it's again my turn to win some or learn some

TC: I've been spending way too long checking my tongue in the mirror
And bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer
But my breath fogged up the glass
And so I drew a new face and I laughed

We finished the rest of the song and went to the dressing room.

Jayk: You guys did amazing!

Drew: I felt the love for you too..

We laughed. I turned to face Tc and he hugged me tight. I hugged him back and smiled.

TC: That was perfect!!!!!!!!!!

I laughed.

YN: Yeah it was !! Can i talk to you alone?

I looked over to the boys as they walked out of the dressing room.

Tc: What's up?

YN: I've been meaning to tell you something since we met... I... I love you.
