Chapter 2

VANESSA'S POV

        Luke was holding Isabella and Cal had Isaiah. Azraylea was giving Luke a dirty look. I rolled my eyes. Luke looked so in love with his kids. I smirked, Azraylea was jealous. I secretly take a picture of Luke holding Isabella. I smiled and sent it to Jamie and Cece. "Isabella looks a lot like you bro" Calum said. "No She looks like her trampy mother" Azraylea said. "I don't think you should of came" Mikey said to Azraylea. "And I don't think you should be here neither you aren't family plus Lukey you shouldn't be holding that it might have a disease" Azraylea said. "That thing has a name ... and I appreciate if you didn't talk like that about my children, their mother, or my family." Luke said. "Luke maybe I should take the kids upstairs with their mommy" I said getting up. "I'll help you" Luke said and stood up with Isabella in his arms. Azraylea looked pissed. I went upstairs with Isaiah in my arms. Luke was behind me. 

      "You know I regret not being there when they were born? It's just I figured she would let Jonas in the room and stuff." Luke said. "You know the only reason she's marrying Jonas is because she is mad at you" I said softly. I made sure no one was around. "why are you still with Azraylea?" I asked. "Because I need to show myself that I am over Cierra" Luke sighed. "Luke you know you aren't you know you are in love with her" I said. "Vanessa It doesn't matter. I am with Azraylea and Cece is with Jonas" Luke said. "Luke all Cece needed was some space. She started dating Jonas because he came up to her and she felt bad" I said. Luke looked down at his daughter. "All I want is for her to be happy... I wanted to be there for the kids birth but I couldn't bring myself to" Luke said. We got to Cece's room. I slowly open the door. Cece is asleep and she's wearing someone's All Time Low shirt. "Now I know what happened to that shirt" Luke whispers. "Come on let's go put the kids down and let's get you back to your girlfriend" I said. Luke looked a bit bummed when I said girlfriend. We put the sleeping babies down in the play pen. I noticed Luke staring at Cece. 

LUKE'S POV

      Cece looked so peaceful and calm. We got back downstairs. I couldn't help but smile. "Luke could you help me set up the table outside" Mum asked. I nodded. "I know you were holding Isabella and Isaiah and Azraylea got mad" Mum said. "It doesn't matter what she thinks those are my kids" I said with a smile. Jamie seen me and smiled. I seen Jonas he didn't look too happy seeing me.  "Mate you okay? You been smiling for the past hour" Jonas said. I rolled my eyes. "Luke you should play your guitar" Jack said. I go get my guitar. The boys were all set up. 

[Luke:]
"Started out like in the movies

[Calum:]
Rewind to the start before it all went wrong

[Luke:]
Fast forward to the end, after everyone's gone home
And they've forgotten it all

Yell "cut", we're stuck inside this scene

The clock is ticking, and I'm out of time
The camera's rolling, and I forgot my lines
My script is ripped and now I see

[Luke:]

[Calum:]
Curtain closes on this cliché
A good story of a bad day
Back to square one where I started
As I stand here broken-hearted

I finished singing. Azraylea was watching me. I avoiding her eyes. More and more family started to arrive. Mum went to wake Cece up and bring the kids down. When I seen Cece she gave me a small smile. It was getting closer to midnight. Azraylea disappeared, I went to the backyard. "Have you seen Jonas?" Cece asked me. "No have you seen Azraylea?" I asked. She shook her head no.  My family started the count down.

"HAPPY NEW YEARS!" everyone shouted. I see Azraylea. She isn't alone. She is kissing Jonas. I hear Cece gasp behind me. They pulled apart. Cece ran. "Cece!" Jonas ran after her. "Luke?" Azraylea asked. I shook my head and walked away to see if I can find Cece.
