"Happy birthday to me, happy birthday to me, happy birthday dear Alice and Mary, happy birthday to me!" I heard two voices sing as I opened the bedroom door. Two voices? That can't be right. Alice can't really speak because of her throat. (She has tonsillitis case after case two to three days apart.) "She MUST be having a good day" I smiled to myself. I picked Alice up out of the bed. "You first, you can't wear THEM, (I wound her up), it's your BIRTHDAY!" She giggled. "Okay, can I wear a pretty dress?" I pretended to be shocked. "You don't need to ask, a pretty girl like you HAS to wear a pretty dress!" She giggled again as I tickled her as I put her in her new wheelchair. "Is this new?" She pointed to her wheelchair. "Yes, just for you!" She clapped her hands. "I've got a new chair, a pretty dress and a party!" She clapped her hands again. I took her to the wardrobe and took every dress out that wasn't the same...they are twins after all so they have to have matching clothes!

And held them up one by one...minutes later she was stuck between two dresses. A red gown with red lace as a belt and a puffy skirt and a light blue one exactly the same style. "Which one would look better on Mary?" I WAS shocked this time! "Y-You Want to look different?" She nodded as Mary walked in. "We agreed last night, Alice chooses what we wear so if she wants us to look different we can." She casually replied. "The red one, it would make you look too pale." I truthfully told her. Then wished I hadn't, I sounded mean. "Yes your right, the blue one would look better sat down in anyway." I laughed. I'm not sure why, with relief I guess. I quickly washed her and got her changed, taking the curlers out of her hair and arranging it so she looked a little more grown up. Mary had been looking after her since the morning Isaac found us. I have missed getting her ready, instead I became their personal servant. Now Mary. I made her look exactly the same as her sister and they both loved it. They aren't identical but act the same as each other.
