Chapter 17

Emma's POV

Killian and I were in my bed after a nice night together.

"So beautiful what was that last night?" Killian asks.

"I dont really know. I just knew that I needed you." I say.

"Well Im not complaining that was amazing. Im just wondering what that was." He says.

"I dont know. All I know was that was a bad idea." I say.

"Well I liked it. It wasnt a bad idea Emma. I wanted you too. Listen love there is something I have to tell you.. He says.

"Killian I think I love you and want to truly give us a shot with no lies." I say cutting him off.

"Umm..." He says.

"Shit. Shit. I messed everything up." I say.

"Emma I...." He says.

"Yeah you wanna be just friends. I get it." I say.

He just looked at me and then he kissed me.

"Now stop talking and listen. I love you too and I wanna see where a real relationship with you goes." He says.

"I must look stupid for freaking out." I say.

"No you didnt. So Emma Swan would you like to go out on a real date with me?" He asks.

"I'd love to." I say.

"I'll pick you up at 8." He says.

"Alright bye." I say.

He left and I quickly Skype Snow.

"Hey Em." She says.

"Im official going on a date with Killian tonight. Thanks for the advice." I say.

"Anytime and have fun." She says.

"I will thanks." I say.

Killian's POV

I walked over to Regina and Robin's and paced around their living room.

"Killian whats wrong?" Regina asks.

"I asked Emma out she said yes and now Im very nervous I'll mess everything up." I say.

"Killian you wont. Just plan a night that you know she will love and everything will fall into place. Okay." She says.

"Yeah okay. I gotta go." I say and leave.

Emma's POV

I was ready for my date with Killian, but he hasnt arrived yet. I was starting to think he stood me up. Then there was a knock at my door.

"Your late." I say to Killian when I open the door.

"Sorry Love. I was getting you this." He says handing me a single rose.

"Thank you Killian. Thats very sweet." I say.

"Shall we love?" He asks holding out his arm.

"Yeah." I say and take it.

The night was beautiful. Killian took me everywhere and no matter what he held me close to him. We had a picnic near the beach. We had a moonlight walk in the park. Then it ended with Killian placing a small kiss on my cheek at my door.

"Goodnight Swan." He says.

"Who said you were leaving." I say pulling him in.

"Emma we cant. I dont wanna rush it now that we are dating." He says.

"Who said we were doing that. I just wanna talk to you like old times, but without talking about our lying problem." I say.

We sat on my couch and talked for hours and when it was getting late I rested my head on his shoulder and he pulled me close. I never wanted to leave his arms. I just feel so safe with him.
