Chapter 23- Dresses

gajeels POV

i can't belive it. my baby girl is in hospital. how the hell did she break her arm? me and shrimp ran in the hospital. levy was panicked and crying. i was just shocked.

'exuse me...wheres Emma Redfox?' levy said out of breath panicking.

'oh i'm sorry no visiters today' wxuse me who the hell does this woman think she is.

'we are her parents' i snapped.

'oh then follow me' jesus this dumb bitch.

the woman showed us where emma was and there we saw her. lying there. she looked like she'd been hit by a bus. My poor Emma had blood on her chin and a bruised eye. when i saw her i just balled out with tears.

'hey mama hey daddy' her sweet fragile voice cracked when she tried to speak. i just kissed her head. crying.

'sweety what happened?' levy asked wiping her tears.

'w-well...we w-went on Lexies t-tree swing and then i-i went r-really high a-and i slipped off a-and landed on m-my a-arm. then i-it s-stopped working'. aww my baby.

a few hours later the hospital put her in a cast and let her go home. i carefully put emma on her booster seat and we drove back home.

timeskip----- 1:30pm

i can't belive it. so much has happened today. i've woken up from a hangover. i search for my ring around the estate and gajeel had it the entire time and we have just found out that emma broke her arm.

gajeel drove me and emma back home and he had to go back to work. he hated the fact that he had to leave his daughter but being chiefe of the police he has to be there.

when we go in both our eyes widened. i completly forgot about the house. it was completly trashed luckly gajeel didn't see, he would have flipped.

'mama...what happened?' emma asked giggling.

'um...nannies new puppy attacked the house' i said shocked.

'ohhh' emma then begun to chuckle.

i was too tired to tidy the house but i couldn't make emma do it. she just came from hospital. i just wanted to sleep.

when i finished tidying the house i thought about Liam...i wonder how he and rogue are doing.

i flopped myself on the sofa and closed my eyes. all of a sudden i heard my phone ring.

'h-hello' i said in a exaughsted voice

'lev are you sleeing...come on your dress fiting is in 15 minutes' my eyes widened. this is why i didn't want a bachlorette on the night before my dress fitting. urgh i completly forgot.

'Luce...i can't go today'

'why?'

'because i have a hangover still and i just came from the hospital'

'what happened?'

'emma broke her arm and we litually just came back like an hour ago' i whined.

'ohh lev they said that if you don't come today the next fitting is in 5 months. and your getting married in 2 months'. oh crap. there is just no escape.

'um--okay...where are you?' i asked struggling to get off the sofa.

'we're at your door'. wow.

i opened the door and all the girls were there. even the kids. only the girls. so i had to take Emma. shes 5 anyway so she can't be alone.

i got dressed into something more casual and carried emma out the door. she was sleeping and she was really light. it was Liam who was trouble with carrying. i had to get Gajeel to carry him to bed. but Emma is like a little feather.

when we got in the car Emma woke up.

'hey sweety...we are jus going to try on a few dresses okay'. emmas face changed from tired to exited. (just letting you know everyone is driving their own car)

when we arrived and walked in the place it was beautiful and really fancy. there were dresses everywhere. oh they looked so beautiful.

'hello, are you Levy McGarden' a nice woman said to me smiling.

'uh...yeah' i said. carrying emma.

'my mummy and daddy are getting married' emma said making us both chuckle.

'so lets get started. just search around the room and see which one you like. and call me if you want to try it on' the lady left and i put emma down. lucy showed her and the other girls to the flower girl section and Juvia and erza searched for bridesmaid dresses and i searched for my dress with mum and Mary.

it took ages to find a dress but i finally found one that caught my eye. it was beautiful and princessey. i knew this was the dress i needed. i went in the changing room. all the other girls were outside waiting for me to come out with the dress on.

i opened the curtain and there eyes widened. i saw mum and Mary crying saying that i looked beautiful

'a princess' the girls said clapping happily. the other girls just looked and smiled happily.

'this looks absolutly beautiful on you' the lady said. i smiled and nodded.

'this is my dress. i'm getting it i don't even care' i said giggling making the others giggle. i mean this is the dress i wan gajeel to see me get married in.

'how much is it?' i asked politly

'650,000 jewel' my eyes widened. urgh i couldn't afford that i mean i know i have loads of money but not that much. and that would be the whole McGarden Companys money taken. oh but i need this dress. it's so beautiful. i pouted like a little girl to my mum and she just giggled.

'it's a lot isn't it' she said jokingly. i nodded like a child. and frownd

'levy there are so much more dresses like this one maybe you'll find another' she added.

'i took the dress of and searched for another dress. i wasn't getting anything today i was aloud to come in another day to buy a dress this was just try ons. i was so sad. i really wanted that dress i mean that was my dream dress.

it was now juvia, erza and Lucys turn to try show me the bridesmaids dresses. when they came out the curtain they looked beautiful the colour was a tinted grey colour basically off white.

'wow guys you look amazing' i said smiling. i was still pissed about the dress price so i asked how much the bridesmaids dresses were.

'how much?'

'uhhh...600 jewel each' wow okay. so thats like 1800 jewel i could afford that.

'okay i'll get them' i said. i mean i have 300.000 jewel in my account and thats wedding savings.

next was the girls in their flower girl dresses. when the 3 girls came out i cried. they looked so beautiful.

rosemary (erzas daughter) laughed and jumped around leading the other girls too.

'mummy i'm a princess' Emma said giggling and i just nodded.

'yeah you all are princesses' i said making them all giggle.

'how much are these dresses?' i asked.

'100 jewel...each' okay so that is 300 jewel so all together that would be 18,300 jewel. i got the dresses and we all went back to my place.

when we arrived the girls went upstairs to play and all of us just watched a movie. well they did i fell asleep because my head was pounding. i could hear the girls giggle but they didn't move or go i could still feel their presence with me. i loved my family and friends...
