Chapter 19 block party time

BEEP BEEP BEEP

i slammed my alarm for the 8th time this morning. The last thing i wanted to go do was go to school to see Marry's face. Oh and also hearing "are you ok?" the whole day.

I got up and put on my sweat pants with a crop long sleeve shirt with my hair down. I then grab my bag and went to school.

After parking I went into the school and I hear people talking

Did you hear they broke up?
Finally he's done wasting his time on her.
I heard he broke up with her for using him.

Josh been spreading rumors 

I went to my locker to see everyone

"You ok?" Liz asked

"I'm fine" i said 

"Clair?"Ethan said

"Guys I'm fine! I'm happy okay, we broke up it's done. All he ever wanted was sex from me" I said

"I got to go I have class" I said leaving

Lunch came fast.

I was fine i just hated the stupid rumors going around. Plus all people would pick on me because of  me "cheating on josh"

"Are you okay"Jack asked

"No these stupid rumors" I said getting upset. Ethan then stands on the table and yells "Hey everyone listen up"

 Everyone's heads snaps up

"Everyone knows my friend Josh.... say hi Josh" Ethan said and everyone laughs

"Well the new kid here is spreading rumors, and i enjoy rumors. But I never like this guy, you know why? It's because he's a fake as hell like most girls here" Ethan said

See this is why I don't get these girls in this school. Ethan just called them fake and they still want him.

"So everyone knows that Clair and Josh broke up, right. But our friend joshy boy lied about something. Clair broke up with him because he cheated on her with Mary. Two times. But he doesn't have the balls to tell you guys the truth. So girls don't data him he's an ass that will turn everyone against you like he did to Clair. That's it, just wanted to expose him " Ethan said getting down and sitting

"problem fixed "Ethan Said smiling

I hugged him so tight "thank you!" I said happy.

"no problem nerd!" he said under his breath

 I than get a text from my mom

Mom: hey Clair I was wondering if you would volunteer for my friends daughter birthday
Me:ok for what
Mom:thank you and its a block party for her so can you help her take care of things like the food or the rides they rented out
Me:ok
Mom:ok she said you can bring friends, and it starts after school, and she said to wear this outfit I put on your bed so go home and change first
Mom:ok thanks mom gtg.

"Who was that"Liz asked

"My mom, she said it's her friends daughters birthday today and she is having a block party, and I have to help. I can invite people can you guys come" I asked

"Sure" they all said

The day went fast and it was a good day thanks to Ethan and what he did in lunch

"Clair I'm-"Josh said until I cut him off

"nope not happening" I said walking away before he can say something else.
