"Hi may I help you?" the guy who worked at the restaurant asked
"Hi ,yes can we get a table for two place?" I asked
"I'm sorry but people with tickets are only allowed in" the guy said and I went in my bag and took them out
"Here" I said
"Right this way" the guy told us.
we went to one of the table's in the middle of the restaurant
"Your waiter will be with you in a moment" the guy said leaving
The place was nice and fancy, And it had a little water fall against the wall.
"Hi guys I'm Enzo your waiter, should we start with drinks? " he asked
"Sure I'll have a coke" Ethan said
"Me too" I said
"Ok i'll be back with your drinks" he said leaving us. I look though the menu and I felt so weird to be with Ethan alone.
"Ok I'm getting the hamburger with everything on it with fries and potatoes. How about you?" Ethan said,
"I'm going to get the steak with fries" I said
When we waited for the waiter to come me and Ethan didn't talk at all.
"Ok I'm back with your drinks and do you know what your going to order?" the waiter asked
"Yes" I said. When we told him what we wanted he left. Than there was silence again
"Ok Clair I know this is awkward but can we talk" he said
"Ok let's talk about how you didn't want to be here and you wouldn't be here if it wasn't for Kelly and Maya" I said
"Ok listen, I did want to come trust me I did, but I thought it was gonna be weird " he said
"You know I fell like you are only my friend because you want to get with Liz again" I said
"What that's stupid" Ethan said
"Is it?" Clair asked
"Umm yeah. Okay look i only slept with Liz cuz A i didn't know Matt liked er like that plus we were drunk at a party,and it was awhile ago"Ethan said
"If your not my friend because of Liz then why are you" Clair said
"I'm your friend because we were always friends and your the funniest, coolest, and prettiest girl I know that's really fun to hang with" he said
"Well...I feel like an ass" I said
"You should" he said
"Same goes for you" I said and we just sat there
Time has pasted and the food still hasn't came yet. Ethan was on his phone while I was looking at a family that looked so happy together and I smiled
"What are you smiling about and what are you looking at?" Ethan asked putting his phone down
"That family, they look happy and there son graduated today " I said
