Rules for Clients
+ Please read all the rules. We know there are many, but it's only to help run the service smoothly.
+Editors will accept a total of one chapter per submission, you may return for additional chapters however only one at a time must be submitted
+ You must be willing to work with your editor through Wattpad, email as well as Google Docs.
+ Please remember that there is no need to share your password and username details with your editor to avail the service. Should you decide to share these details, A Writer's Desk will not be held responsible for any consequences your action might have.
+ Your story must be posted before you request an edit. We provide editing services for Wattpad stories only.
+ Please use our form only. Form can be found in the next part.
+ Form must only be posted in the comments section of respective Requests Page for each editor.
+ Please make sure your requests are in accordance with the editor's preferences and rules. Also see whether the editor is accepting requests at the moment or not—it will be mentioned on their request page.
+ You cannot request more than one editor to edit the same chapter of your book at the same time. Once your editor is done and you feel the need to get the chapter edited by someone else, then you may request another editor.
+ Please wait for acceptance of your request before completing the payment.
+ Don't undo the payment after your request is completed. If you do that, you'll be blacklisted from all services of A Writer's Desk.
+ Always respond to your editor's messages/comments regarding your request. If you fail to respond to your critic's message/comment within a week, the editor is allowed to deny your request, despite of you having completed the payment.
+ Editors hold the right to reject your request without giving you a reason. Though, they will be encouraged to give reasons for their denial.
+ Don't bad-mouth your editor(s) just because you didn't like what they changed in your work. If you have a complaint, take the mature route and refer to our Complaints Section ahead.
+ Please refer to our Your Queries section for any further questions you might have.
+ Please be patient after requesting. We will try to complete your request as soon as we can.
+ During the waiting time, you hold the right to PM your editor, however, please don't spam them. Send in a message every three days or so. If they fail to respond within a week, contact us on A Writer's Desk official account through PM, we'll help you out.
+ Please take the time to leave feedback on your editor's About Page (in this book) after your request has been completed to help future clients know more about their service.

Rules for Editors
+ Please follow A Writer's Desk (awritersdesk) while you're a part of the team. You are free to unfollow A Writer's Desk if you ever leave the team. While you're still a part of the team, A Writer's Desk will follow you back to provide easy access to communication.
+You must be willing to work through Wattpad, email and google docs in order to collaborate with your client concerning their work.
+ Please timely respond to A Writer's Desk's messages and comments. If you fail to get back to us within a week, you will officially be removed from the staff.
+ Please don't quit or go on a hiatus without pre-informing us within due time. Also, complete the requests you accepted before you leave. If you don't inform us and don't respond back within a week, above rule applies.
+ Please communicate to us regularly about your queue, request status, clients, when you wish to stop/start accepting more requests, and anything else related to A Writer's Desk.
+ Please respond to your clients within a week. If you don't and we receive their query regarding the same, your requests page will be closed until the issue is sorted.
+ If a client is spamming you with messages, didn't respond within five days, hasn't completed the payment, undid the payment or any other issue, please contact A Writer's Desk through PM on the main account.
+ Please try to complete your requests as soon as possible, preferably within a week. If you need more time, do keep your client and A Writer's Desk informed.
+ Encourage your clients to leave feedback on your About Page (in this book) after you've completed their request.
